EElizavetaViHotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But: 1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel? 2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment 3. The sheets on the bed were dirty. 4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

TTisna IskPerfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

PPengguna TetamuNo valet parking available when we arrive at around 7pm on a Wednesday night. There is street parking and also a Wilson parking about 3mins walk away. Cost about AUD$38 for 13 hours of parking under Wilson parking (next to Westin Hotel). Kettle is pretty stained in our room and we requested for a change, which is ok after that. You can easily get drinking water (clear or sparkling) at the L1 bar. Breakfast is typical, 1 or 2 items change in the menu for two days. Convenient location, 8-10mins walk to Murray street mall, but most shops close by 6pm on weekdays.

Service is above average, a Mandarin young lady at reception really helpful. F&B well done, especially bf. Room is well maintained and keeps hygiene, shows aesthetics of minimalism.
