Clean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Really spacious and clean room. Walking path along the Swan River with stunning view next by the hotel. Unfortunately forgot to bring bather to enjoy the pool.

Very cool service, friendly staff and a good position for this historical hostel. Strongly recommended.

Will need a local number for calling of airport pick up and they are quite strict in terms of only leaving the hotel upon collection of luggage’s.Good location for red eye flights.

Great CBD hotel with an excellent location—super convenient for getting around. Service was consistently great and the staff were helpful throughout the stay. The only downside is that you can hear club music on Friday and Saturday nights, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Also, bottled water wasn’t replenished daily, which would’ve been a nice touch.

Perfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

Room was good..Had everything we needed. Does get noisy there though, kids screaming outside the rooms, alot of banging around..Probably wouldn't stay here solo with the kind of people that hang around the hotel at night

Location was fantastic. Walkable to everything. Parking at cop terrace was cheap and accessible. Some night staff weren't friendly. But some in the mornings and day were very helpful and friendly. Room cleaning done everyday on time but very very average. No bidet in toilets could be improved. Otherwise the walls are also terribly sound proofed. Every conversation in the next room can be heard.

Took my 8yo and 16 month for a 2 night stay. They loved it. Very quiet hotel not too far to walk into the city and close to public transport. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. My daughter didn't want to leave. Was nice to have a bath and shower in the executive suite as well. Decor is dated but didn't affect our experience and stay.

Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!
