MMEI LING WONGThe location is next to sky train station. The room with living room was very nice but there were a lot of dust everywhere. There was not much choice for breakfast and dinner.
The escalator from sky train station to hotel did not work. We had to take our luggage up the stairs. The hotel looks dated and lack of maintenance. The swimming pool was nice. The sunset was also nice.

PPengguna TetamuReally enjoy the suite set up, cozy and clean. Cleaning service every 6-day could be a bit long. Our waterfront suite is so easy to access and to take a walk outside, very nice.
The water pipes are a bit noisy at night while sleeping but acceptable, we drop back to sleep quickly.

MMaria ChariThis is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best.

PPengguna TetamuThere are pros and cons to this place. This was a splurge for my last night in Vancouver. The thing that I was most excited about was the soaker tub with accompanying window with beautiful view. Well, whoever installed this particular tub was incompetent because it is backwards. It literally faces the wall. If you crick your neck to look out the window you will see a parking lot and buildings. Now if the tub was facing the way it should be you would simply be gazing out the window at a lovely view of the water and mountains.
Additionally, the heated flooring in my room did not work.
Next thought .. why would you make the toilet be in it's own room .. but with clear glass walls and door? Defeats the purpose.
Sliding doors to a bathroom are also impracticable. Thankfully I was a solo traveler but if you're not, be forewarned!
The service upon arrival was good. The lobby is small with not enough seating.
Vacuuming outside my door at 8:30 am was a little jarring but thankfully I needed to be awake anyway.
Upon check out, I informed them about the faulty floor heating and also said, ”While I know this isn't your fault and you can't fix this you may want to know that the bathtub in this room is backwards.” They didn't care lol.
The airport shuttle was great. 👍🏼
Bed is comfortable.
The robe and slippers were appreciated.

Free shuttle works very good. We called the hotel when we arrived. The shuttle was waiting for us. Breakfast is very good. Variety and food taste very good. Overall we were very happy.

LLina QTWe were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment.
The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe.
All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available.
It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient.
Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.

林林永秀I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The restaurant attached to the hotel offers good food and attentive service, though the prices are on the higher side. Overall, it was a comfortable experience with friendly and professional staff.

PPengguna TetamuThe location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel.
The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation.
On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it.
Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
