Very convenient for a late evening arrival at Toronto Pearson Airport. Guests can use the hotel’s free shuttle bus to & from the airport

I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

A lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone. The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery. There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight! Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise.

I booked this hotel for a night before our vacation and a night after our vacation leaving our vehicle on the property for an extra fee. The restaurant was excellent . Best calamari ever . Excellent service at the bar and at the restaurant. Concierge and reception was super helpful. Love our stay on both nights . Will definitely rebook on any of our trips leaving from Toronto Airport . I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

So overall it’s ok for the price you pay. I did have some doubts about the bedding - the sheets and pillow cases were really crumpled and I hope it was because they just don’t iron them and not because they hadn’t been changed between guests?  Breakfast was basic and eaten on paper plates but as it was super cheap I guess that’s why!  Very friendly on reception and on the bar.

The hotel was a little out of the way the shuttle didn’t turn up to where it was supposed to turn up to, so I stood in the freezing freezing weather for over an hour waiting for it once I got to the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but they did fix that for me. The room was clean and well appointed had everything in it. You need there was a really annoying beeping noise all night long kind of like a fire alarm chirping the reason I’ve marked this hotel down from five stars is because it’s been over a week and they still haven’t released the hundred dollar deposit on my credit card. Apparently this happens on a regular basis according to the other people’s reviews so now I’m looking at having to chase it up otherwise I would have stayed there again on my return to Toronto. If you know where to get the shuttle which is Pier 17 not pier 40 we’re all of the other hotels pick up. I’m sure it’s a lot more convenient to get here. Bed was very comfortable.
