PPengguna TetamuOvernight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant. I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!

AAda Ho 05So grateful I managed to book this hotel while my first flight was delayed near midnight and I couldn’t catch the next flight back home. Thanks to trip.com I managed to book instantly and just walked over to the hotel right across T3. Had a good night sleep before I catch the next flight home at noon. The reception staff was friendly and showed sympathy and gave me a good room on the quiet side of the hotel.

JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

CChadoIt was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

MMister StephenI really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

MMohdar41I've been in Element hotel which is located next to this hotel, so I decided to choose Four points this time which was slightly less expensive then elements. I have enjoyed the stay, good size room, clean and comfortable bed. Only the airco or heater is quite noisy so I had to turn it off during sleep time.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

EEva216251The hotel is a bit old, and there were some maintenance issues during my stay.
The outlet by the bed seemed to leak electricity, the hair dryer plug was loose, and one of the desk lamps didn’t work. Although the room was advertised as non-smoking, there was a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom. The cleanliness could be improved as I noticed dust in several areas.
Breakfast was a little disappointing and quite basic.
On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offer an airport shuttle, and it’s possible to adjust the time if you need to go to the airport earlier.

The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles.
A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door.
The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file.
I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.
