The Hotel facilities were very good. Their services started from the airport shuttle was excellent and the front office staff were awesome and very helpful. The breakfast was limited in options but the quality of what was provided was very good. The automation of digital offerings in the room was great and my stay was seamless.

I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

The hotels rooms were clean and organized. People who worked there were really nice and helped with any problem. The pool and weightroom was disappointing though. If you are going there just for the hotel or food tho, its good. Breakfast had alot of variety with good services.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Well-located in the cluster of hotels that are next to the airport. The airport shuttle arrived within 15 minutes of waiting at the terminal (no need to commute out of the airport), though as always I believe all these hotels should manage their shuttle services a bit better especially because so many of the hotel names are similar and yet they require different shuttles. The room was pretty standard with a bathtub shower, sink and long counter-top, closet, TV, coffee making amenities, desk chair, and long desk-like counter under the TV where I could easily place my items on. The room was comfortable, the temperature of the heater/AC could be controlled by you, and the bed was large and comfortable. I will make note that there is a lot of light since you can see part of the airport's lights which are always on, and the curtain covers most but not all of this light. Breakfast had a good spread and variety, including: bagels, mini croissants, muffins, boiled & scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, toast, potatoes, baked beans, cream cheese, jams, peanut butter, yoghurt, milk, cereal, and a waffle-making machine. For drinks, there was juice as well as stations for hot water with tea options in bags and 3 types of hot coffee roast at the ready. The food was quite good and filling for the continuation of my trip, plus the small pastries made it easy to take along with me. My personal concerns are the fact all the dishes are single-use paper and the cutlery is single-use plastic, which I feel is a lot of waste they generate everyday, but a lot of hotels are like this in this area (probably because people take a pack with them on their trips).

The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.

You only stay here because you have an early flight out of Toronto next morning, so don’t expect too much. Room was ok, but nothing special, furniture was a bit old and worn. Location is good right next to the airport and they have free shuttle bus runs 24/7. Ground floor there is a big bar & restaurant with a basic menu but they don’t deliver to the rooms, you have to go and get it.

Our stay was very nice, quiet and relaxing, staff were very helpful, reliable shuttle service the rooms was clean to satisfaction, only thing could do with a kettle for hot water as am not a coffee person, apart from that, lovely I would definitely booked again. Thank you Tracey

This hotel was very close to the airport. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. They accomidated me with a room on the first floor due to mobility issues. Had a great buffet breakfast! Checking was very prompt and efficient. Staff were really friendly and accomidating. Only complaint is when we arrived at Pearson International there was a huge mix up in where we had to catch the shuttle service to the hotel. Overall....I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a night and flying the next day.

The hotel was a little out of the way the shuttle didn’t turn up to where it was supposed to turn up to, so I stood in the freezing freezing weather for over an hour waiting for it once I got to the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but they did fix that for me. The room was clean and well appointed had everything in it. You need there was a really annoying beeping noise all night long kind of like a fire alarm chirping the reason I’ve marked this hotel down from five stars is because it’s been over a week and they still haven’t released the hundred dollar deposit on my credit card. Apparently this happens on a regular basis according to the other people’s reviews so now I’m looking at having to chase it up otherwise I would have stayed there again on my return to Toronto. If you know where to get the shuttle which is Pier 17 not pier 40 we’re all of the other hotels pick up. I’m sure it’s a lot more convenient to get here. Bed was very comfortable.
