PPengguna TetamuThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

JJoyful SoloI recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

PPengguna TetamuI had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

PPengguna TetamuVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options. The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

JJoe CiampoThe set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all . The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian.

NNini111酒店對面是一個購物中心，離瀑布有點距離，要開車。房間很大，乾淨整潔，帶一個雙人沙發的套間，有小冰箱和微波爐，吧枱上放了二瓶礦泉水，要2.75加元一瓶，停車場收費20加元一天，辦理入住時給了一張用餐及星巴克15%的折扣券。看了點評，酒店有重複收費的現象，我在辦理入住手續時，再三與前台確認房款已包含哪些費用，離店時還是被收了錢。

PPengguna TetamuOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
