Hotel berhampiran Menara Skylon, Niagara Falls

The hotel looks like a fancy mountain lodge. Everything was very clean and the room was incredibly spacious. 15 minute walk to the incline railway down to the falls. Excellent on site restaurant.

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options. The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

The falls view room had really good view of the falls, Liked it. Liked the pressure in the taps. The location was good, and hotel was connected to ****** and shops. The bathroom toilet got clogged multiple times. And also the water was not draining from the bath tub it was really slow. Also $35 parking was across the street which i felt was little costly for the walk we needed from the parking spot.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Nice property and location. Just a short ride to Clifton Hills and the Falls. Staff was accommodating and rectified issues with additional charges in a timely manner. Will certainly stay there again.

Great for the price. The hotel employees are so helpful especially Kash. He was so helpful with recommendations, transport assistance and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I would book this hotel again and again.
