"Decent location - walking distance from downtown and transit options. Luggage storage amenity was really easy to use and helpful. Rooms were renovated and clean. Although the bathroom vanity was comically small so there was nowhere to put toiletries. Front desk were friendly and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Willo (which was renamed from YWCA Hotel after we booked). Nice they offered free coffee and tea in the morning. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage in the storage room, before we went discovering the city. It seems like they have just renovated and also exchanged the bath amenities to new ones while we were there. We booked the room with the shared bathroom, which also connects to another room. You can lock the bathroom from both sides, so this worked well for us. We were looking for the best price-quality ratio of a hotel that is centrally located and it really is. We arrived using the airport train and walked to the hotel. The Vancouver Stadium is just across the street so very convenient for the people looking for accommodation for the World Cup. In fact we could also see the stadium from our hotel room. Highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages. All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall experience we had here is very positive."

"While the room is a bit dated, the room is spacious and fitted with all basic and necessary electrical appliances. The location of the hotel is good and convenient (with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby)."

"Air con super bath room clean and was a good location from the sky train which makes getting to and from down town really easy. The only problem was the price was a bit expensive for an old hotel, but I think that was more down to the World Cup. Would stay again happily if price was a bit cheaper."

"The hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us."

"Very close to downtown. 20-25min walk to waterfront. Room is clean, and the shared shower room and washroom are clean as well. Personally, the shampoo is not suitable for me. If that matters, I suggest that bring small sample by yourself. My room faces the main street, it was noisy after the happy hour(lol), I dont have sleeping problem, so it didnt bother me at all. They do offer earplugs. You can get them from front desk. Btw, the staff was very nice at the front desk."
