Hotel berhampiran Jambatan Chapel, Lucerne

Location is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

I had a really comfortable stay in this capsule hotel! The capsules are spacious enough and there’s a free locker to put our luggage. Toilets are always kept clean and dry. The lounge area is spacious and comfy. There’s a microwave, mini fridge and cutleries provided. The staffs are all really friendly as well. The location is about 15 minutes walk from Luzern Train Station, but you can take a bus if walking isn’t for you. There’s a Coop 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel which is very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Ia sangat dekat dengan patung Singa yang terkenal, kurang daripada 200 meter jauhnya. Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah besar, pasar raya, dan kedai makanan sedia dimakan berdekatan. Ia terletak kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan Tasik Lucerne dan jalan membeli-belah. Lokasinya agak bagus. Restoran ini juga menyediakan sarapan pagi, yang agak banyak dan rasanya agak sedap.

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Nice stay! They had a small kitchen, fridge, elevator + supplied towels :) Rooms were big and beds comfy. Really nice location with friendly staff. Showers and bathroom were seperate and nice. Location was great. Make sure to use the free Lucerne Guest Card provided.

Very kind people willing to help you out with recommendations. The room is really clean and there’s enough space to have a comfortable stay! It’s pretty close to the station and with the free public transport you can easily ready the station too.

Location was right beside the train station, making it easy to get in and out of the town. The main streets were also walkable, mostly within 20mins. It can get rather noisy at night due to the bar nearby, but the hotel did provide earplugs to help with the potential noise issue. There is no air-conditioning in the room we booked and we had to rely on the outside air, which was still rather cold so that was not a major issue. The lift is of the typical old European style, so travellers with huge luggage may find it inconvenient when taking the lift.

Okt 2024: Penginapan 1 malam sebelum penerbangan di Zurich. Mudah Berjalan ke bandar lama untuk tarikan utama. Mudah berjalan kaki ke stesen kereta api. Suasana Luzern(pemandangan bandar) berbeza sama sekali daripada bandar pergunungan Zermatt & Grindelwald.masih lebih suka ciptaan gunung Tuhan daripada bangunan buatan manusia.

This hostel felt like going to a summer camp, all noisy and with lots of companies there. At night though it was rather peaceful, but really hot due to no air conditioning in the room. Lots of convenient lockers for a deposit of 2 CHF that you get back after opening it. Showers too were as if I went to my old dormitory campus, closing with just curtains and no light in the stall behind them, but at least there were plentiful hangers and shelves. Location is pretty far but reachable with a bus, so having a free bus pass was handy (although nobody ever asked to show it). Breakfast was great, lots of choice. For being probably the cheapest option there for a solo traveler, it was really okay.
