SSLT BuddyLocation is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel is a short easy walk of 7-8min from the Lucerne train station.. stayed in a comfortable room with 4 beds and comfortable space for 1 night. Few steps at entrance to Lobby which will need to be a consideration for anyone who needs wheelchair accessibility
Nonetheless, the lovely chirpy receptionist on duty proactively helped us with 1 of the luggage which was a nice gesture. Check in was welcoming... Bathroom was comfortable and clean, bed as well. Only unfortunate thing was the next door started knocking some renovation/works at 8am in the morning... Other than that everything else was lovely. .

TT.HeiLocation good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.

AAkhorCheck in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs,
Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.

Wwendy0511Hotel ini terletak secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api Lucerne, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk pengangkutan. Walaupun beberapa kemudahan mungkin kelihatan sedikit ketinggalan zaman disebabkan usia hotel, ia masih terpelihara dengan baik. Terdapat banyak pilihan tempat makan di sekitar hotel; terdapat Starbucks, McDonald's dan Burger King di tingkat bawah, dan lebih banyak pilihan tempat makan disediakan melalui laluan bawah tanah. Terdapat juga pasar raya di sebelah Burger King. Terminal kapal persiaran terletak betul-betul di seberang jalan dan tidak jauh dari sini, dan Jambatan Chapel dan tarikan lain semuanya berada dalam jarak 10 minit berjalan kaki.

LLEONG SHENGMy first experience that the hotel unable to trace my booking from trip.com. I lodge the complaint to customer service and took an hour to resolved at reception. Not sure either hotel or booking platform having problems but both parties compensated coins and free breakfast to us.

PPengguna TetamuIt's a prison converted hotel, more like a hostel. Location is great, 10 minute's walk from train station. The room is very small, although our room has the toilet. Two suitcases cannot left open at same time.The luggage storage room near the entrance is unlocked, and not kept attended, and my suitcase belt was stolen in a few hours.

PPengguna TetamuI will not book again, because you need to pay everything. I stayed in many cities with ibis, in Zürich for example I borrowed a adapter, because in Switzerland they have different socket. But in this hotel, you need to buy everything: for early check-in 20 CHF, for bag storage each bag 3 CHF, adapter for changing 20 CHF. This isn't 50 CHF Hotel, we pay almost the same price just like other ibis in other cities, but have no benefits, no free coffee tea or water. So I do not recommend this hotel.
