Location: The hotel is well located, approximately a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, which made getting around convenient. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean and well maintained throughout my 4-night stay, which I appreciated. However, the minibar was not refilled during the entire stay, which was disappointing and not what I would expect given the price paid. Staff & Service: Unfortunately, the service experience was inconsistent. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unsure about basic matters such as payment handling and invoicing, which caused unnecessary confusion. It felt as though the staff member may have been an intern without adequate supervision or training. More concerning was the overall attitude at the counter, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this was not a case of discrimination, but the interaction especially with the man staff did not reflect the level of hospitality expected. Value for Money: While the hotel positioned itself as high-end in design, the service and experience felt surprisingly basic. For the price charged, it did not offer good value and did not meet the standards. Overall: Although the location and cleanliness were positives, the service shortcomings and lack of value significantly affected the overall experience

I had a really comfortable stay in this capsule hotel! The capsules are spacious enough and there’s a free locker to put our luggage. Toilets are always kept clean and dry. The lounge area is spacious and comfy. There’s a microwave, mini fridge and cutleries provided. The staffs are all really friendly as well. The location is about 15 minutes walk from Luzern Train Station, but you can take a bus if walking isn’t for you. There’s a Coop 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel which is very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

This hotel of Luzern boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay.

The location was very good, near the chapel bridge and close to a number of restaurants, including in the hotel itself and not too far from the train station. The rooms were a decent size and had a definite retro feel. There was no air conditioning, but were provided with a fan. The bed was an old spring style one with a lean on it and I didn't really get a good night's sleep both nights I was there. In addition the first day my shower was barely luke warm, but luckily the situation was better the next day. I defintely loved the old time feel of the hotel, as it was memorable and different and on my trip it had to be one of the standout ones., but the bed was a bit of a disappointment and the fan was useful but not as effective as air con.

Hotel ini terletak secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api Lucerne, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk pengangkutan. Walaupun beberapa kemudahan mungkin kelihatan sedikit ketinggalan zaman disebabkan usia hotel, ia masih terpelihara dengan baik. Terdapat banyak pilihan tempat makan di sekitar hotel; terdapat Starbucks, McDonald's dan Burger King di tingkat bawah, dan lebih banyak pilihan tempat makan disediakan melalui laluan bawah tanah. Terdapat juga pasar raya di sebelah Burger King. Terminal kapal persiaran terletak betul-betul di seberang jalan dan tidak jauh dari sini, dan Jambatan Chapel dan tarikan lain semuanya berada dalam jarak 10 minit berjalan kaki.

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Good breakfast spread by swiss standards. Room was clean however the underlying structural deficits are hard to miss like bathroom getting wet after a shower as there are no shower curtains. The water is unable to be drained due to lack of drainage hole. The Trip.com booking indicated a city tax of 14 swiss francs but I was charged 16.40 swiss francs on check in for my 2 days stay.

Okt 2024: Penginapan 1 malam sebelum penerbangan di Zurich. Mudah Berjalan ke bandar lama untuk tarikan utama. Mudah berjalan kaki ke stesen kereta api. Suasana Luzern(pemandangan bandar) berbeza sama sekali daripada bandar pergunungan Zermatt & Grindelwald.masih lebih suka ciptaan gunung Tuhan daripada bangunan buatan manusia.

This hostel felt like going to a summer camp, all noisy and with lots of companies there. At night though it was rather peaceful, but really hot due to no air conditioning in the room. Lots of convenient lockers for a deposit of 2 CHF that you get back after opening it. Showers too were as if I went to my old dormitory campus, closing with just curtains and no light in the stall behind them, but at least there were plentiful hangers and shelves. Location is pretty far but reachable with a bus, so having a free bus pass was handy (although nobody ever asked to show it). Breakfast was great, lots of choice. For being probably the cheapest option there for a solo traveler, it was really okay.
