Location: The hotel is well located, approximately a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, which made getting around convenient. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean and well maintained throughout my 4-night stay, which I appreciated. However, the minibar was not refilled during the entire stay, which was disappointing and not what I would expect given the price paid. Staff & Service: Unfortunately, the service experience was inconsistent. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unsure about basic matters such as payment handling and invoicing, which caused unnecessary confusion. It felt as though the staff member may have been an intern without adequate supervision or training. More concerning was the overall attitude at the counter, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this was not a case of discrimination, but the interaction especially with the man staff did not reflect the level of hospitality expected. Value for Money: While the hotel positioned itself as high-end in design, the service and experience felt surprisingly basic. For the price charged, it did not offer good value and did not meet the standards. Overall: Although the location and cleanliness were positives, the service shortcomings and lack of value significantly affected the overall experience

The hotel located face the park but turn right after the street where see McDonald then will see a “Bar” restaurant . Not far from subway and consider convenient Room was clean and reception was helpful, just that there is no lock inside the room where room cleaning lady came in after 2 knocks.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

Everything was just perfect - the location is very convenient to trains and buses and walking distance to local stores and shops. The hotel service is really commendable - our requests were met swiftly and very cordial staff. Breakfast is good as well - remains the same throughout but thats a standard here.

Ia sangat dekat dengan patung Singa yang terkenal, kurang daripada 200 meter jauhnya. Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah besar, pasar raya, dan kedai makanan sedia dimakan berdekatan. Ia terletak kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan Tasik Lucerne dan jalan membeli-belah. Lokasinya agak bagus. Restoran ini juga menyediakan sarapan pagi, yang agak banyak dan rasanya agak sedap.

Hotel ini terletak secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api Lucerne, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk pengangkutan. Walaupun beberapa kemudahan mungkin kelihatan sedikit ketinggalan zaman disebabkan usia hotel, ia masih terpelihara dengan baik. Terdapat banyak pilihan tempat makan di sekitar hotel; terdapat Starbucks, McDonald's dan Burger King di tingkat bawah, dan lebih banyak pilihan tempat makan disediakan melalui laluan bawah tanah. Terdapat juga pasar raya di sebelah Burger King. Terminal kapal persiaran terletak betul-betul di seberang jalan dan tidak jauh dari sini, dan Jambatan Chapel dan tarikan lain semuanya berada dalam jarak 10 minit berjalan kaki.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Great place for solo travelers, staff are so friendly and will have a good chat with you. If you want to make friends this is place for it. Loved my stay thankyou.

The room was a little cold even with the heating on maximum. Location was good and facilities in the room is excellent. They even have a coffee machine in the room.
