Very pleasant and clean hotel. The service was fantastic and the hotel is very attentive. I really enjoyed staying here and found it quite restful.
The only issues I ran into were the thin walls and the room didn’t lock from the inside (but cannot be accessed without a key card). It would make me feel a lot safer as a solo female traveler if there was additional security reinforcement (but you need a keycard for both the front door and elevator which I appreciate). Would definitely stay here again.

一樓公共空間，超級大的空間，讓我們愉快的使用晚餐與早餐，離開前，再高歌一曲。

The room was spacious and clean though it needs a bit of maintenance. The staff was friendly but didn’t speak a word of English. If you’re a tourist I suggest staying in the center of Tainan as this area was too quiet for us. There is a nice park next to the hotel though.

這是第一次入住這飯店，房間很寬敞，我們訂的是三人房，但我們被直接升等為四人房，房內有迎賓小點，很貼心，停車位也很多，健身房很不錯值得去體驗，早餐更是好吃，有燙牛肉及很多的台南小吃，但有些服務阿姨他們的態度沒有很好，這是美中不足的地方，不過對於整個飯店來說是可以推薦的好飯店。

旅館具工業風，地理位置不錯，步行可到運河邊，即達多間著名食店，例如霸味，王氏魚皮；走路去安平古堡/樹屋大致是20分鐘。
房間不算很大，衛生一般，較麻煩是浴厠合一，而洗手盆位設於浴厠外面，由於洗澡花灑沒設浴簾，洗澡後幾乎整個厠所計座厠都會濕了，而去完厠所洗手則要到厠所外邊，整體設計不太方便。另外，還有很多人提及的隔聲問題，之前我們也很担心；由於我們的房間一邊窗戶向大廳，旅客晚上在大廳談天、出入開關房門都聽得很清楚，加上旅館的工業風設計，沒有太收藏排水喉和抽風機，以致相對應聲；建議對聲音敏感的旅客帶備耳塞。
我們可能是周六晚入住，雖然已告知入住時間，但抵達時大門上鎖，沒有任何人。透過其他外出的旅客提醒打電話給負責人，才知房間號碼及入住安排；由於旅館沒有電梯，我們把行李拿到三樓才發現給了錯誤的雙人房；再打電話問負責人才告知應該是二樓。連其他前後與旅館的溝通，感覺旅館不太像一般民宿的親切和好客。下次再去安平會選擇其他旅館。

Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

PPengguna TetamuI liked the retro decor of the hotel which extended to the rooms and also the facilities. The library and communal kitchen on the 8th floor were also very nice. There is even complimentary coffee at the kitchen for guests which was nice. Staff at the front desk were all helpful and friendly. They were able to complete the check in and check out procedures efficiently.
There are however some points which I felt I didn’t really like with regards to the placement of furniture in the room. I booked the twin bed room (2 beds) and one of the beds did not have any side tables. I felt that this was inconvenient for me as I like to place my spectacles at my bedside but not on the bed itself as I was afraid of squashing them when I sleep. I ended up using my luggage as a side table. The other thing is the lack of any hooks to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. The only hooks available in the room were outside in the room. I found this a bit inconvenient.

PPengguna TetamuIt was one of the best stay during our trip. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to the executive suite. All the staff were lovely and helpful, even showed us around the pool and gym facilities. Would definitely consider this place if we were to stay in Tainan in the future.

Ppathfinder1We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy.
The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours!
The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

Location is hard to beat. I got to try quite a few good eateries just by staying here. And there are street markets of different types within short walking distance.
I was staying in a room on 2nd level and using the shared bathroom, but it looked like i was the the only one using it.
Everything is clean and spotless, as if the place is very new. The hot/cold water dispenser at ground level is very useful. More hooks/hangers in the room for hanging clothes would be nice. The light feature above the bed and the full-length glass windows that allow natural light are very aesthetically pleasing.
What was perhaps unusual and a bit unnerving - a first for me - was that i didn't see ANY person around the whole of my 4-day stay. I arrived late and had to do a self check-in on the first day so that was to be expected, but on subsequent days no staff were at reception, nor did i see any guests (though i could faintly hear them in their rooms on certain days). Is this a low season thing? Having said that, i found the self-check in and check-out is quite convenient and if you have connected with them over Whatsapp, they send clear instructions beforehand. They will also answer any questions over Whataspp, so i guess it's like a virtual receptionist?

PPengguna TetamuWas worried about the mixed Google reviews but Villa area was nicer than expected. Recommended to come on a weekday so there are fewer people. Enjoyed the public hot springs (room came with 1 coupon) and the personal room hot springs). Booked Tuscany room and the hot springs are located outdoors, you can still do a nude dip but take note that there are other rooms above you, can wrap a towel from the room the pools. Room itself is smaller than expected but quite decent. Some flies around but otherwise good.

NNg mamaThe hotel is old and it shows. There are many pools in the onsen area and guests are required to wear swimsuits and swimming caps. The rooms look like they have to renovated but all public area and pools are aged and cleanliness can be improved. The selection at breakfast is basic but it is fair for what we were charged. The receptionists at the front desk are very nice and helpful.
