Hotel berhampiran Pusat, Hong Kong

Bagi percutian keluarga, kami memilih bilik keluarga di hotel ini, dengan satu katil besar dan dua katil kecil, cukup untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 kanak-kanak. Bilik ini kecil tetapi selesa, dan air mineral botol turut disediakan. Penghawa dingin dalam bilik berfungsi dengan sangat baik. Hotel ini hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pintu keluar C stesen Wan Chai, 8 minit berjalan kaki ke hentian tram (ding ding car), 15 minit berjalan kaki ke Star Ferry, dan 5 minit berjalan kaki ke perhentian bas lapangan terbang. Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Jika kami datang ke Hong Kong lagi di masa hadapan, kami pasti akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini lagi.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Nathan hotel. The overall experience was far below my expectations. First, the front desk female staff were impolite and unprofessional during the check-in process. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters even more disappointing, the day of my check-in was my birthday, and I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant stay. Instead, it turned into a very frustrating experience. After entering my room, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite adjusting the temperature. I contacted the hotel, and an engineer came to inspect the air conditioner. He turned off the main power and restarted the system, but the problem remained unresolved. Rather than offering to change my room or provide an effective solution, the hotel simply gave us a fan. Providing a fan is not an acceptable solution to a faulty air conditioning system. The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay, which seriously affected my comfort, sleep quality, and overall experience. Given the poor service, the lack of professionalism, and the unresolved air conditioning issue, I believe the hotel failed to provide the standard of accommodation that guests should reasonably expect. Another male front desk staff member escorted us to Room 1004 on the Executive Floor. However, the room only had one king-size bed, and the hotel informed us that they could only provide a foldaway bed. This was completely different from the room type I had booked. My reservation was clearly for a room with two double beds, so I do not understand why the hotel failed to provide the room type that I had reserved and confirmed. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and added to my disappointment with the overall stay. The next day, the Duty Assistant Manager offered us two alternative rooms. However, neither of them was satisfactory. The first room was on the 10th floor, but it still had only one king-size bed, which did not match my original reservation. The second room was on the 5th floor and contained four twin beds in the form of two bunk beds. This room was clearly not comparable to the Executive Floor room that I had originally booked and was not suitable for our needs. I made my booking based on the expectation that the hotel would provide the room type that was confirmed in my reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to do so, which significantly affected our stay. In addition to the issues mentioned above, the hair dryer in our room was also defective because the power plug had come loose and could not be used safely. I contacted the front desk to request a replacement hair dryer, but I was informed that the Housekeeping team first needed to come to the room to verify the issue before a replacement could be provided. This unnecessary process caused further inconvenience during our stay. I would, however, like to recognize the professionalism and excellent service provided by the Housekeeping staff and the bellboy. They were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay, and they deserve to be commended for their efforts. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. Their attitude was consistently disappointing from check-in to check-out. The male staff member who assisted us during check-out was also unfriendly and unprofessional. I believe the front desk team requires further customer service training to improve their attitude and the way they communicate with guests. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I will not stay at Nathan Hotel again, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that Trip.com and the hotel will take this complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution to this matter.

Hotel berjiwa muda yang bersih dan terletak di pusat bisnis dan perbelanjaan Tsim Tsat Tsui . Sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini kebetulan ada axara perkumpulan pecinta mobil mini old yang sangat digemari anak saya. Jarak hotel ke halte bus dan terminal mtr sangat dekat. Banyak pusat perbelanjaan fashion dan makanan serta oleh2 disekitar hotel. Reception dengan jiwa muda yang sangat humble.

Saya menginap di ParkLane Hong Kong kerana dijemput untuk Pameran Lukisan Antarabangsa Hong Kong yang diadakan di Perpustakaan Pusat Hong Kong. Lokasi hotel yang berdekatan sangat memudahkan perjalanan saya untuk urusan perniagaan ini. Kakitangan kaunter penyambut tetamu dan pembantu tingkat sangat membantu. Salah seorang kakitangan wanita di kaunter penyambut tetamu malah menaik taraf bilik saya secara percuma. Saya sepatutnya menginap selama dua malam, tetapi saya daftar keluar pada jam 6 petang hari kedua. Sarapan pagi mempunyai lebih banyak pilihan Barat dan sangat sedikit pilihan Cina, tetapi ia memadai. ParkLane Hong Kong terletak di lokasi yang strategik berhampiran MTR Causeway Bay dan perkhidmatan trem 'Ding Ding', menjadikannya mudah diakses. Tepat di seberang hotel adalah Victoria Park, dan terdapat banyak kedai serta restoran berdekatan. Yang paling penting, pengangkutan sangat mudah.

I checked-in at around 2:30 AM. Is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, specifically the Dorsett chain. I requested a single queen size bed, was given to single beds because they were unavailable. Because I’m a solo traveler, the room was large enough. They’re an eco-friendly hotel so that means that you have to purchase pretty much all of your amenities from the vending machine downstairs. Overall, the price was relatively OK for the room itself.

Very convenient location just outside N5 Exit of Tsim Sha Tsui station. Room isn’t much but does the job. Wifi is extremely stable and aircon is strong as well. Some things to note: as the room is narrow so it might be difficult to open your luggage; waiting time for the lift might take long; check in counter is quite busy so factor in at least 15-20 minutes for check in / check out at the stipulated time

Kali pertama memandu ke Hong Kong, saya fikir tidak mengapa untuk tinggal sedikit jauh memandangkan ada kereta. Tidak sangka pemandangan di Tsuen Wan pun begitu cantik! Tempah bilik keluarga tiga katil boleh tidur 4 dewasa, dan harganya berpatutan, tidak jauh beza dengan harga di tanah besar. Ini memang melebihi jangkaan, mesti puji! Satu-satunya yang mahal adalah bayaran letak kereta, HKD200 untuk 24 jam tanpa keluar, dan hanya boleh menggunakan Octopus Card untuk masuk dan keluar. Lagi satu, cerun masuk dan keluar dari tempat letak kereta itu sangat curam! 🤪

When I booked I didn't knew it was in the Chungking Mansion. Its know as the ghetto. Let's start with the good thing. It has a great location, close to everything. The problem is that Chungking mansion is a massive appartement complex and has a streetmarket down. It is really unsafe according to fire safety. Everything has dust and I got really claustrophobic. The first night I didn't sleep cause I was scared of getting trapped in case of a fire. The cover of the bed was really dirty and had body liquid stains and fungus. So I end up sleeping under my disposable towel. I would have really want to go to another appartement, but I already paid really much money and a better place would have even cost way more money.

Please keep in mind, that the property prices in Hong Kong are incredibly high & thus even smaller hotels are expensive ‼️ 💚PROS + very good location, close to multiple bus- & subway station, the Starferry harbour is close as well & so are Mong Kok & Tsim Sha Tsui & multiple museums + staff comes to give the room a wipe every day, rooms are clean enough + staff is kind and accommodating, there is somebody at the front desk 24/7 + one-use towels, toothbrushes and so on are in the room and get refilled every day ❤️🩹CONS - AC is on incredibly high & there was no way for me to change the temperature. It’s also VERY loud - The room is kind of musty&damp, my clothes smelled musty as well - water in the shower did not drain properly, bathroom stays wet and is not able to dry at all, there is mold all over the place - rooms are not very soundproof & there was a noise coming from - i guess the other building - so loud that i could not sleep well at night and did not want to stay in my room too much. The sound was pulsing/rythmic and that made it hard for it to become background noise - the room is pretty small and there is nowhere to store your luggage. I had a 2 person bedroom and was thus able to store my luggage on the bed i was not using 🌱CONCLUSION: it’s really hard to find a good and affordable place to stay in Hong Kong - my only other options were the ChungKing mansions or other budget hotels that looked way worse than Noble Park. If you have the means to spend a bit more on accommodation, please do yourself a favor and book an upscale hotel 🙏
