PPengguna TetamuReally loved this place and wished we stayed more than one night. The staff were professional yet warm, making the stay feel very homely. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable. The balcony view was stunning — peaceful sunset views over the tea plantations.
The accommodation is accessible by bus. Message the staff for the bus timetable. They can arrange pick-up from the bus stop if informed in advance. There’s also an award-winning barista on site serving great coffee at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this stay!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was lovely we stayed there for the lantern festival but it was pretty far from anything else! Room was nice and the staff were great! Very friendly as a foreigner! Snacks in room were ok but a free coffee machine in the hotel to be able to get a latte or milk tea would be much appreciated!

NNov28The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a shuttle bus from the visitor center, and it’s also very close to the Trees area, making it easy to explore on foot. Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. I recommend arriving before 3 p.m. if possible leave your luggage at the hotel, take some time to walk around nearby, then come back for dinner.
We only stayed for one night and arrived late in the mountains around 8 p.m., almost missing dinner. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful and kind, and they helped us so we were still able to enjoy our meal. The food was great, and all the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuNice and clean room. Hotel was newly renovated. Room size was decent for this room type for 2 pax but the other 4 pax room we booked was almost the same size as the two pax just with extra bed and hence felt a little small for 3 pax (can’t leave luggage open). But since it was just a night’s stay all is good! Counter staff was a new lady and she was really nice and helpful. We took 3 tours with the hotel and all were pretty good though didn’t manage to see sea of clouds at sunrise where the tour was more mid- mountain then at the top - not sure if the view would have been better that Zhushan Observation Deck instead

PPengguna TetamuGreat stay here! Good value for Alishan. Location was fine, relatively close to Shizhuo and Fenqiqhu by car and close to a 7/11. It’s tricky to reach by public transport, you’ll most likely need a car. Advice would be to go to Hotel Indigo and drive up from there, it’s narrow but fine. The double room was lovely, really relaxed and cute. Staff are direct but helpful, not much English but very helpful with any questions. Ask her for the location to go to for sunset, it was AMAZING, about 10 mins drive from the b&b. We missed sunrise due to clouds but the sunset made up for it. The breakfast was good with good variety for Alishan, coffee excellent. It’s a chill “cabin in the woods” vibe

Its location is extremely convenient for travellers arrived by rail ss it right beside the train station.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel also provide 3 free guided tour around the area. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day walk. Overall, this hotel offers great value and an excellent experience—I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

PPengguna TetamuWe book 2 different room. 1 night. Overall is a super convenient and good location in Alishan. They have the most reasonable price in the area. If you are staying for 1-2 night. I highly recommended. 1 of the room we book they give me an upgraded room. Upgraded room seem to have been renovated before compare to the family room. Overall are happy.

PPengguna TetamuThis place is overpriced for what it is. It was the most expensive accommodation we have stayed in Taiwan, and by far the worst. Of course you are paying for stunning location in the national park, and apparently all Alishan accommodation is similarly overpriced/run down, however there is no need to charge so much (other than to boost their profits of course). The hotel is dated and run down. Room was dark and dinghy. The bed was so uncomfortable - rock solid mattress and awful pillow. The bathroom was not clean, but hot water was great. WiFi was mostly good. The breakfast looked and smelt so bad they we couldn’t even try it. But we had an amazing time in Alishan and the hotel was perfectly located to base ourselves and get some rest, so don’t expect luxury, but appreciate the convenience.

TTkyuLocation is very central to the park which is the biggest plus point for the hotel. It came with a basic breakfast ( it’s okay to skip if your timing doesn’t fit). The room is small but is consider pretty standard in Taiwan. Staffs are helpful and friendly and you can arrange tour in the hotel. Water pressure for shower is good but the temperature seems like is dependable on other users, so it can be very hot and cold. The room is warm with a dehumidifier. The bed is quite hard but usable. Sound proofing is insufficient, we can hear next door brushing teeth and shower in the middle of the night. Though for the purpose of staying in the Alishan, I would say it would still be a reasonable pricing and stay because it is likely it is a short stay.
