PPengguna TetamuWe had a mixed but memorable stay here. The vibes and decor are lovely, and the restaurant view is truly breathtaking—it’s easily the highlight of the property. Having breakfast and dinner overlooking the mountains was a beautiful experience.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
• The Room: Our room was very small and the layout had some design choices that felt like a falling hazard (tripping risks).
• Location: The property is very remote. For foreign tourists, it is quite inconvenient to navigate because the hotel does not offer any shuttle or tour services to help guests explore the area.
• Duration: The food is decent, but because of the size of the rooms and the remote nature, we felt one night was more than enough to enjoy the view and moving on.

PPengguna TetamuReally loved this place and wished we stayed more than one night. The staff were professional yet warm, making the stay feel very homely. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable. The balcony view was stunning — peaceful sunset views over the tea plantations.
The accommodation is accessible by bus. Message the staff for the bus timetable. They can arrange pick-up from the bus stop if informed in advance. There’s also an award-winning barista on site serving great coffee at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this stay!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was lovely we stayed there for the lantern festival but it was pretty far from anything else! Room was nice and the staff were great! Very friendly as a foreigner! Snacks in room were ok but a free coffee machine in the hotel to be able to get a latte or milk tea would be much appreciated!

They provided an excellent restaurant recommendation nearby, let our kids use the kids in the main room and were on hand to help with anything we needed. It was a real highlight of our trip and we would be delighted to stay again.

Aalma guogood location which is near eryanping trail where you can watch beautidul sunset and very closed to bus stop that you can go to Alishan Forest Creation Centre and Fenqi Lake .I also can watxh morning Sun rising at my bedroom and front yard. Owner is very nice and made the beauriful and yummy breakfast.

TTwinriverWe stayed here for two nights. The owner is very nice and helpful. My wife had motion sickness and she gave us some ginger tea to help relieve the upset stomach. We really appreciate her kindness.
The location is good, on 54.2km Tai 18 Route (台 18线），very close to Tea and Mist trail and Eryanping trail. Linchuo (林厝） station is 200 meters away and Xiding (隙顶）station also very close. Bus #7322 carries you from the above stations to Alishan Station in 1 hour. It’s great for a day trip.
When we choose places to stay, we care about room cleanliness and shower water pressure. We are very happy with both.
Breakfast is included and served on rooftop with beautiful mountain views. If simple but good enough for us. You can also enjoy the sunrise here.

PPengguna TetamuGreat stay here! Good value for Alishan. Location was fine, relatively close to Shizhuo and Fenqiqhu by car and close to a 7/11. It’s tricky to reach by public transport, you’ll most likely need a car. Advice would be to go to Hotel Indigo and drive up from there, it’s narrow but fine. The double room was lovely, really relaxed and cute. Staff are direct but helpful, not much English but very helpful with any questions. Ask her for the location to go to for sunset, it was AMAZING, about 10 mins drive from the b&b. We missed sunrise due to clouds but the sunset made up for it. The breakfast was good with good variety for Alishan, coffee excellent. It’s a chill “cabin in the woods” vibe

The location is excellent, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. That said, for the price, I expected more. The room felt very basic—almost clinical—with just two bags of tea and a couple of IKEA-style cups. No extra touches or decorative effort. Breakfast was disappointing as well; everything was already cold, and the selection was minimal. The day before, we stayed somewhere for half the price and had a breakfast that was twice as good. Nothing was bad per se, but overall it didn’t feel like good value, and we likely won’t book again.

Sshuyi huang地點位置不錯，飯店人員服務很好，會貼心告知各個訊息，迎賓下午茶超讚的，一人一杯飲料加一大份小蛋糕，真的很優，推....房間很大也乾淨，三溫暖設備老舊，池子有點髒，spa也壞了，烤箱和蒸氣室也沒開，若能稍加整理一定更幫棒！泳池一大一小，spa水不深,大人spa小孩玩水好不錯，風景也美麗，早餐雖說不上很豐盛，但該有的都有，竟然還提供牛肉湯，超級加分，因為整修中沒有音樂會，期待整修好後再次入住，感受不同渡假氛圍
