I had a wonderful stay at KO Hotel Dunnan during my recent trip to Taipei. The location is super convenient and surrounded by tons of food, shopping, and entertainment options. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The room was compact but well-designed, with everything I needed: a good bed, clean bathroom, and even some thoughtful touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The staff were polite and efficient during both check-in and check-out. What stood out most was the lobby area — it's super stylish, like an Instagram-worthy spot with quirky art and decorations. Also, the price was really reasonable for the location and quality.

I had a wonderful stay at Taipei Fullerton South Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect — close to public transport, shops, and great local food spots. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei!

We had a really pleasant stay at Charming City Hotel Taipei (during the last week of February 2026). From reading previous reviews, we expected the hotel to be a bit dated, so we didn’t come in expecting a modern or newly renovated space. Because of that, we truly appreciated its character — it really lives up to its name and has its own charm. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Instead of a buffet (which can often lead to food waste), breakfast was catered daily (during our stay) by MOS Burger, offering a variety of wraps and sandwiches along with sides such as dumplings, steamed buns, salad, coffee, tea, breads, and pastries. It was a thoughtful and satisfying approach. The location is excellent — just minutes away from Xinyi Anhe Station, making it very convenient to get around. It’s also within walking distance to Taipei 101 and the Linjiang Night Markets. We stayed in a Standard Twin Room and were happy with the room size. One surprising feature (for a more classic hotel) was the central switchboard used to control the lighting. That said, the shower water pressure was excellent (especially being on the 10th floor) — definitely a highlight. We also appreciated the laundry and ironing facilities available for a small fee (just ask reception for change), which is very convenient for longer stays. One of the best features — and what really adds to the hotel’s charm — is the 24/7 free snacks. There’s a great selection of chips, soft drinks, juices, and tea, which is perfect after a long day out. The area itself is peaceful yet lively and convenient, with a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket, Watsons pharmacy and plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. With the MRT nearby, it’s easy to get to all the main spots around Taipei. We would definitely stay here again and wish all the best to the team at Charming City Hotel! 

台北101のイベントの参加のために宿泊しました。スタッフが日本語喋れたのでチェックインも容易でした。施設内も綺麗で共用キッチン、給水機もあり困ることはありませんでした。 シャワーは脱衣所がないので洗った後着替えるのが少し苦労しました。 個室のロッカーも大きく鍵がかかるので安心でした。

Hotel is in a strategic position. Just above exit 6 of Da An Station & lots of choices for bubble tea & good cafes alone exit 3. Convenience stores are also nearby whereby we can drop in to get our last minute stuff or food browsing. Hotel is clean too. We will come back to this hotel for our next visit.

booked a standard King Bed in end March room was large, enough electricity power sockets shower water pressure and toilet worked well pool is small.. about 15M but adequate didn't have time to try the restaurant location is about 10min to the subway, lots of small restaurants around, 711 is in the lobby However the room furniture is aging. the bath tub height was high and need to slowly climb in to take a shower, can easily slip and not recommended for elderly people. need to call housekeeping to add more toilet paper and request they wash or change the used tea cups liquid soap and shampoos bottle pump is hard to press worse is the TV system does not work. when watching TV channels... after 2 min it returns to the main page. also there is a message that a phone wants to connect to the TV... I assume from another adjacent room. inforned front desk, but it seems they are not able to fix it Overall, won't come back and will try other hotels

Overall great experience at Eclat Taipei The good: - great service and attitude, free welcome drink, friendly staff, decent breakfast, mini bar with actual stuff in it for free - central location - great value for money Could be improved: - no usb sockets - an iron and board in the room would be useful for business travelers - room is a bit small Overall enjoyed my stay (for business) and will stay here again

Convenient location and easy to find. The environment is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to visit. The staff are friendly, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely come again and recommend it to friends.

Just okay for short term stays. We got a glimpse of Taipei 101 and city view in our unit. However, the room has this mildew smell and the carpet felt damp underfoot. There’s also a lingering odor in the bathroom (the bed is just beside the toilet). The staff were nice, though. Location wise, public transport is convenient as it’s near Taipei Main Station, and bus stops.

The hotel is well connected around Taiwan, near 7/11 and train station and really easy to get around. Room was a bit small but honestly so common in Taiwan
