SSlowkimHonestly one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. Even though we arrived very late at night, communication was smooth and they replied quickly to everything. They explained every detail so patiently and made us feel very welcomed.
After booking the hotel, they contacted us first through Trip.com and helped us with so many things about Chongqing. They recommended restaurants, places to visit, and even told us which places were not really worth going to. It genuinely felt like having a local friend helping us during the trip.
The location was amazing too. It truly feels like the center of everything, so getting around was very easy. Calling a taxi was simple at any time, and even walking outside late at night felt safe and comfortable.
The room itself was very clean and well prepared. Water, snacks, shampoo, towels, and other necessities were generously provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.

Jika bukan kerana kenaikan harga pada 1 April, saya pasti akan terus menginap di sini. Kebersihan sangat baik, ada peti sejuk, bilik besar, dan pemandangan sangat menakjubkan. Saya sangat berpuas hati, kakitangan perkhidmatan juga sangat baik, dan mereka juga menaik taraf bilik saya. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi pada lawatan seterusnya.

I realised this was meant for couples when I checked the bathroom and there were no locks lol. But it wasn't a problem for me anyway.
The views are fantastic especially at sunset and at night when the city lights up in all its glory. Get the city+river view if you're traveling with your loved ones.
The toilets are rather small, with no bidet. Everything else was fantastic.
The protector required some android app to share the screen and it wouldn't work for whatever reason so we basically didn't use it much.
Beds were clean, soft. Toiletries provided, even slippers and clogs. They also clean the rooms. Laundry room was near our rooms.
Surrounded by small shops and there's a sky deck above. The hotel is actually inside the Union building on the 28th floor and the elevators can sometimes be a little crowded. It wasn't exactly easy to spot as there were no signages.
Overall 8.5/10 would definitely recommend.

AAiyahwateverPros: The hotel is conveniently located near scenic spots - it is a flight of steps towards Hong Ya Dong, 5 mins walk to Jiefangbei shopping area and a stone's throw to Guotai Arts Centre (Chopsticks building). We could see the clock tower at Jiefangbei from the room - see photo. The lobby and common spaces looked new and well maintained. There are no short of eateries and milk tea shops around the vicinity. In cooler weather, a stroll along the river to Chaotianmen takes about 20mins.
The hotel room is a smart room, you can use voice activation to control the electronics & the room is extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides complimentary washing and drying facilities (self-service) which was a bonus.
Cons:
I had issues connecting to wifi using the room no. & last name (login failure). When I texted the hotel via wechat, there was no reply. Some front service staff appear inexperienced and did not comfortably converse in English with non-Chinese speakers. The room could do with more hooks and hangers for convenience of changing after a shower.
Overall, my stay at UrCove was pleasant and enjoyable.

YYouaremysunshineReally nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location, dinner was good, but let down by malfunctioning hot water in the shower in 2 or the 3 rooms we booked. We had only ice cold water from the shower. Thankfully it was rectified. In one of our rooms (2005) the shower stall glass sliding door had come off the rails, and could East have fallen on guests, causing serious injury from the weight of the door and broken glass.
The check-in staff was very helpful, but the staff at breakfast on 6 Jan was quite unhelpful, and in fact started to argue about the prior breakfast arrangement our tour guide made with the hotel the previous day. Rather than saying she didn’t know and would check, she unilaterally decided the options were wanted (and had prepared the hotel for through our guide’s arrangements the previous day) were not available.

Kerana saya mempunyai penerbangan awal keesokan paginya, dia membungkus saya sarapan. Walaupun ia tidak terlalu besar, ia masih sangat bagus. Anda boleh meminjam payung dari kaunter penerimaan tetamu apabila hujan. Hotel ini sangat bebas rokok, tetapi merokok dibenarkan di bar. Saya pada asalnya ingin pergi ke Golden Impression di tingkat enam, tetapi ada barisan, jadi ingat untuk beratur lebih awal.
