OOlesikThe apartment is perfect!
There is a big living room with comfortable sofa and huge screen TV. There are two small, but cosy enough bedrooms. The bathroom is clean. The kitchen is well equipped ,but there wasn't the possibility to cook because of some local rules. The fridge is too tiny unfortunately for such a great and big apartment. There is a washing and drying machine.
The receptionists are friendly and very helpful. They give a lot of pieces of advice about eating and going out.
The cleaning is excellent. There are all necessary things in the apartment. They provide iron if you ask.
I highly recommend this place!

Kakitangan perkhidmatan juga sangat profesional. Sedikit perhatian, lobi hotel berada di tingkat tiga, tetapi tingkat tiga di Chongqing mungkin adalah tingkat satu seperti yang kita fahami, hahaha. Hotel ini sangat berbaloi dengan wang, sangat disyorkan.

KkiranskDefinitely would recommend this place, for couples.
I realised this was meant for couples when I checked the bathroom and there were no locks lol. But it wasn't a problem for me anyway.
The views are fantastic especially at sunset and at night when the city lights up in all its glory. Get the city+river view if you're traveling with your loved ones.
The toilets are rather small, with no bidet. Everything else was fantastic.
The protector required some android app to share the screen and it wouldn't work for whatever reason so we basically didn't use it much.
Beds were clean, soft. Toiletries provided, even slippers and clogs. They also clean the rooms. Laundry room was near our rooms.
Surrounded by small shops and there's a sky deck above. The hotel is actually inside the Union building on the 28th floor and the elevators can sometimes be a little crowded. It wasn't exactly easy to spot as there were no signages.
Overall 8.5/10 would definitely recommend.

PPengguna TetamuI want to love this hotel. Unfortunately I had a bad incident that ruin the first day of my holiday in chongqing.
We booked 2 River view rooms for our family for 3 nights as we wanted somewhere special to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. As we were traveling with children, I checked several times with hotel before arriving that I wanted two side by side river rooms and even asked before booking which room type to book to fulfill this criteria. We checked in very late at 2.30am as we came off a light night flight totally exhausted, and could not see anything when we checked in as the view outside the room was dark. We unpacked and went to bed.
Next morning, we woke up and realised that one of the rooms had a giant wall across completely blocking our view. It was unlike the video in trip that showed full length glass windows. One had to climb and stand up onto the sofa to see any view. We were too rushed for other plans so only managed to talk to reception on afternoon of second day and got a river view room late afternoon of second night when we highlighted. Feel that it’s not correct to give us the first night room with the wall completely blocking the view when we had booked a river view. It’s terrible as it ruined our first day at chongqing. Service recovery was not good. We were not given any special apology for staying one night in a hotel room with no view, or for the inconvenience and time wasted in packing and unpacking when we had to change room the next day.

One of the staff member at reception was very helpful and I am grateful for his good service . The rest of service was very mixed. We asked hotel to help store our ice cream DQ cake as we were too full to finish the whole birthday cake at one sitting. When we got it back from hotel, the whole cake had melted, my daughter was crushed.
Hotel is modern which is great. Location is mixed, it’s on way to hongyadong which is convenient. But hotel entrance is opposite a public toilet and noodle shop. Not sure why but several times there was a big commotion or argument opposite the hotel entrance between groups of people.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location, dinner was good, but let down by malfunctioning hot water in the shower in 2 or the 3 rooms we booked. We had only ice cold water from the shower. Thankfully it was rectified. In one of our rooms (2005) the shower stall glass sliding door had come off the rails, and could East have fallen on guests, causing serious injury from the weight of the door and broken glass.
The check-in staff was very helpful, but the staff at breakfast on 6 Jan was quite unhelpful, and in fact started to argue about the prior breakfast arrangement our tour guide made with the hotel the previous day. Rather than saying she didn’t know and would check, she unilaterally decided the options were wanted (and had prepared the hotel for through our guide’s arrangements the previous day) were not available.

There was a smart toilet, so we loved it very much.
Hongya dong was within walking distance from the hotel. If you walked back from Chaotianmen square along the river to Hongyadong, please ensure to go to 11th Floor from the B1 lift. Otherwise, you will not be able to go back to the hotel

GGuest UserLokasinya sangat baik, dengan pengangkutan yang mudah ke tempat-tempat tarikan berdekatan. Hotel ini terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan 81 Food Street dan Jiefangbei. Persekitaran sarapan pagi adalah mewah. Susun atur bilik sangat kreatif dan bertimbang rasa. Bilik di tingkat tinggi menawarkan pemandangan jalan dan pemandangan malam. Ia adalah pilihan yang bagus untuk penginapan. Hebat!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaExcellent service. Excellent location. Near the BRT (which we took only once). The service apartment is located in a block (that also had another hotel entrance), where the entrance to Fandiao is hidden from the main road. But aside from that, the building is noticeable and is the first tall building just before the viewing deck for the Qiansimen bridge and just before Hongyatong, as traffic flows (one way).
My specific booking for this room was for a Saturday night - a one night extension - and we chose the Hongyatong view, as our original room was already booked. We could see the massive crowds from our window view out there at and around Hongyatong and on the Qiansimen Bridge on the May 1 weekend
But the previous 4 nights, we were booked under my husband's name, and that room allowed us to see the drones show from the comfort of our large and beautiful room. That first room had a wall-to-wall window, that allowed us a view of the river, a block of apartments right in front of us, and some street views. There are pros and cons to different rooms. The drone show is on weekends. If you are not on weekends, the HongYa Tong view is nicer, but only my first room (which was much larger at 40 sq metres) had a long window seat which was lovely.
I share a few photos, one with a view of Hongyatong (this booking, and from the other room, where we could see the drone show. Remember they are different rooms. But you could easily come downstairs and watch the drones from the little corner outside the lobby. There's still a crowd, but you could see the drones rising to the sky.
The customer service was excellent, for some reason, we were first given paper disposable towels in our first room, and I rejected that for cloth towels which were then given to us. The reception is on the 19th floor, and all the service personnel were willing to please (communicate via WeChat, with translation). And always asked if there were things they could do.
Some idiosyncrasies (from a Malaysian view). They have glasses in the room but no cups/mugs for making tea the conventional English way, but the customer service brought cups with handles when we asked for them. No tea or coffee sachets provided but there were bottles of water and soft drinks, which we didn't take. I think it may be the context where soft drinks (in th fridge) were deemed more suitable and glasses were provided more for soft drinks. I had brought some 3-in-1 coffee sachets all the way from home just in case, that seemed providential when we checked in.
Corridors in front of the lifts on the floors are motion sensored, so we were at first surprised by the darkness when the lift opened, but we got used to it. You have to decide whether you support energy efficiency or not. 😂
All in, we had a memorable time in Chongqing, thanks also to Fandiao. I would go and stay again and recommend it. Just bear in mind that the road right in front of the hotel is closed to the traffic at night on weekends (and likely public holidays). Plenty of food nearby, and beautiful spots for photos. There's also a Lawson store across the bridge 100 metres away where we bought our sandwiches, buns, oden, and coffee, for snacks.
