Hotel ini bersebelahan dengan lapangan terbang jadi lokasi adalah penting bagi mereka yang menangkap penerbangan awal.  Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangan masih dalam latihan jadi anda mungkin tidak menerima tahap perhatian yang sama seperti yang anda jangkakan

First time experience in a car motel in Taiwan - reminded me of one I stayed before in California. It’s interesting but a little poor in terms of reception and service. There isn’t any proper reception counter. Check-in time at 6pm was too late. They were inflexible in extending an hour late checkout too. There is no proper breakfast - meal is served in your hotel room which you need to order a day ahead and earliest timing is 8am! The food wasn’t hot and the options were pathetic. We were rushing to take HSR so we had to skip breakfast on the first morning. They didn’t even offer to provide any exceptional service to compensate that. Mineral water was limited to 2 bottles a day. They would not give more. Cleaning of the room is at an additional NTD$500 per day but luckily they did clear your trash and change towels without additional charge. The reception was very unfriendly in my opinion. They were not service-oriented at all. If you drive on your own, it’s a good place to consider staying. Rooms are big and comfortable. Doors cannot be locked from outside - they kept the keys for you - which means you can’t leave anything valuable in the room. The walk to Taoyuan HSR is 25 mins. It’s manageable if the weather is great. Accessibility to Gloria Outlets is great though. The best thing was of course the distance to the airport which was just 15 mins drive.

Took about 20 minutes cab to the airport. Large, older style hotel. Staff were very friendly and the room was huge and very comfy. There was a slight smell of smoking but not too bad. Apparently there was a gym but it was under reconstruction. There is an excellent world's gym around the corner at the mall. Costs 650 twd per day though. The location to the mall makes it good for an evening meal. Hotel Breakfast was OK. I did not care for the fighter fish inside each table flower vase in the hotel restaurant. Live animals are not table ornaments, even fish.

Let me tell you something, upon check in the āyi who is working in the front desk is really fuzzy and not approachable, she gets irritated toward us because she cannot find our booking. Everything I presented passport and booking details but seems like she don't know how to work. Question to the management? Is this our fault why she become irritated? she supposed to fix this problem on her part not us because we are the guest! Luckily I can speak few mandarin because I was working in mainland china, until she finds my Chinese working visa details on my passport then she finally understand. Next time teach your āyi speak basic English or change your staff it will affect on your business if you continue to keep this problem. Therefore I cancelled my 6 days bookings in this hotel because of her attitude. I was former front office supervisor and I know how to treat the guest very well and keep the business operations smoothly. Room: clean but interior quite old but not bad for its price Air-conditioning - 0 so hot 🥵 you need to maintain the temperature on 23 degree if you change the temperature the air-conditioning will run down and broken. 讓我跟你們說說，辦理入住時，前台的阿姨（āyi）態度很差，讓人難以親近。她找不到我們的預訂訊息，還對我們很不耐煩。我出示了護照和預訂詳情，但她好像根本不會操作。 我想問管理階層，難道是我們的錯，所以她才這麼不耐煩嗎？她是客人，應該負責解決這個問題，而不是我們！ 幸好我會說一點普通話，因為我之前在中國大陸工作過。直到她看到我護照上的中國工作簽證訊息，她才終於明白。 下次要嘛教你的阿姨說點基本的英語，要嘛就換個員工。如果這個問題一直存在，一定會影響你們的生意。 我以前是前台主管，我知道如何好好招待客人，也知道如何讓飯店營運順暢。 房間：乾淨，但內部裝潢比較老舊，不過考慮到價格還可以。 空調：0，太熱了🥵。必須把溫度維持在23度，如果調低溫度，空調就會過熱損壞。

We stayed here as we needed to find a place close to Taoyuan Airport after our late night arrival. We didn't have much time to try its facilities. Location is good, close enough to airport, but the airport shuttle is very sparse and did not work for pick up or drop off back to airport which is disappointing. I don't think any of the nearby hotels have it. There is a night market right next door. The breakfast buffet is big and varied. Large room.

This hotel is literally 5-6 minutes from the airport. It was perfect distance from a lot of shopping areas and the hotel itself is nice and clean and breakfast is amazing! Very affordable and comfortable I would stay there again.

Nice stay, room was huge and more than I needed. Breakfast buffet was mid, you can skip it get much better local breakfast around.

Aside from cleanliness and convinient,what I love the most is the taste of the food,soooo delicious! Good job!

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel. Despite the official check in time being at 8pm, both times they were gracious enough to let me check in earlier (the first time being much earlier). The rooms are big and it is close enough the the metro leading to the airport line. I wish the cleaners would not open the windows all the time coz there were mosquitos that disturbed my sleep
