This hotel matched luxury with price. Our Queen Deluxe Suite was on a high floor and came with a separate soaking tub. The staff at the Yun went above and beyond with accommodations! From checking in to helping with our very complicated ******* order. They also speak very good English, which helped tremendously with my so so Chinese.
The room also came with a daily breakfast buffet that was superb! Wuhan’s famous hot noodles were made fresh every morning along with fresh eggs, meats, stir fry, fruits, and pastries! We were very satisfied and we will be back for another stay in Wuhan 🫰🏻"

"Very comfortable stay. We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed flight, and the check in was extremely smooth.
The room we were given was a corner room with huge windows on both sides and great views. It was really large, super quiet and clean. The facilities are also great: large and well equipped gym and laundry room, and even a huge indoor pool with lots of a natural light."

"五一期間，常住的酒店價格漲的比較多。這家酒店價格適中，媳婦説開了蠻久，位置也不錯，於是試着住住，體驗很好，超出預期。
位置便利，離漢口站比較近，公交地鐵都可以，到公交或者地鐵站都衹有幾分鐘路程。樓下就是二環。
大廳寬敞明亮乾淨，小林小傑等前台態度好，有耐心，熟練，辦理很快，也會主動告知附近設施。
一樓有超市，關門較早，對面也有超市和影院，夜宵燒烤。
多部電梯，等待時長短，刷卡到樓層，安全。外賣等會有機器人送達房間。走廊乾淨整潔無異味。
房間很寬敞，全落地窗，視野很好。有單獨的辦公桌，辦公沙發，休息沙發，有小冰箱，有單獨的衣帽間，保險箱，睡衣，雨傘，一應俱全。衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸，且很乾凈。電視頻道里有鳳凰衞視。還可提供鼠標墊、插排，以及各種功能枕等，人工送達，態度很好。13層保潔也很熱情禮貌且專業。工程部維修師傅也很禮貌。
七層有兩套卡薩帝洗衣機和乾衣機，乾淨。不過用智能模式不顯示剩餘時長。我家裡用的卡薩帝，裝有app，可以將其添加到app裏，會方便一些。
據説四樓有很大的健身房，未親身體驗，不清楚。定的不含早的房間，也未體驗早餐，附近常青三路騎單車10分鐘有一條街吃早餐，也不錯。
Wifi速度尚可。
整體非常滿意。後續回武漢，應該還會住這。
可以提升的有以下兩點：
1.臨街的推窗密封不好，可以粘門窗密封條，會有顯著改善。
2.房間小冰箱可能年頭久了，幾乎不製冷。"

Terdapat banyak buku sejarah dan budaya di lobi hotel. Walaupun tidak memilih bilik pemandangan sungai, menikmati pemandangan sungai dari lobi dan restoran hotel juga sangat bagus.

Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at Somerset Future Center Wuhan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility.
All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality.
This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!

AAjith M AThis hostel was incresibly good. I wonder why its not having a 10 star rating. Its super clean and well maintained. Dorms are very spacious. Lot of common space , a living area, reading room, resting room. Lot of snacks to buy, water dispenser everything. Very close to the main area that turns into a food street at night after 10. Luckin coffee and many other eateries nearby. Affordable place. 5 mins walking to Pengialing metro station and park.

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

渝渝漂鱼Great location within walking distance to tourist attractions in Hankou though give yourself extra time if you are taking a car to go somewhere. Traffic very congested by the hotel. The view from hotel is very nice and Club Floor access is a treat for those who wish to splurge a little. Those who arrive at the Club at the start of afternoon snack time typically have good food choices. Staff generally very helpful in lobby and club area. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very attentive. Street sounds can be heard in room though outside activities stop by bed time. Saw many families in the hotel with guests of all ages. Great choice for any type of traveller!

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.
