Cuma saya harap jenis bantal boleh ditingkatkan lagi, kalau ada bantal memori lagi bagus. Jarak ke tempat tarikan pelancong agak biasa, tapi teksi senang didapati betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Pilihan makanan penghantaran (delivery) sangat banyak, boleh pesan dari pelbagai restoran di sekitar pusat beli-belah in77.

PPengguna TetamuOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

PPengguna Tanpa NamaElegant building and interior design. Every piece of furnitures in the room reflects a sophisticated taste and sensibility. This hotel is a hidden gem for people who appreciate beautiful things. There are many functional details and smart features that made the stay delightful. There is nothing better than a restorative & powerful hot shower after a whole day of walking and climbing stairs. The carpet is beautiful and as luxious on your steps as in Puli or Upper House in Shanghai. I particularly love the awning window that opens to the gentle muffled noise of the street. Lanshe hotel is part of the reason I enjoyed my time in Hangzhou despite the rain that happened to pass through during the visit.

YYorkshireThis was our second stay at the hotel and it was just as nice as we remembered. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are very clean and there are lots of lovely views and relaxing activities to do. The food at breakfast and at the evening buffet was delicious and we enjoyed National Day fireworks in the evening. The outdoor pool was very clean and relaxing to use and the jacuzzi was very warm. My daughter loves the play area and we had fun in the arcade. We really enjoyed our stay.

酒店周邊交通十分方便，步行一公里左右可達地鐵站，乘車不到一小時便能直達演唱會現場，來回出行都十分順暢，返程也格外省心。周邊公交站點密集，前往杭州站、西湖等熱門地點出行都十分便捷，遊玩出行毫無壓力😄
客房空間開闊通透，居住舒適度拉滿，淋浴區還貼心配備防滑墊，細節之處盡顯用心。大概是會員權益，預訂的時候可以免費升級房型，結果房型升了兩檔，太驚喜了☺️ 每晚酒店還貼心提供暖心夜膳，清甜銀耳湯搭配茶葉蛋，暖意滿滿😊
因日常需要飲用中葯，早餐時段帶去餐廳熱葯，第一天遇到熱心阿姨，主動借用蒸屜幫忙加熱（在早餐時段結束前，沒有影響其他客人用餐），熱好後還細心用紙包裹好，貼心叮囑小心燙手。第二天去餐廳用餐，先把葯放在餐桌上，轉身取餐歸來，便看見桌上放着滿滿一碗熱水，原來是餐廳工作人員見湯葯放涼，特意備好熱水方便我温葯，還細心叮囑把控温度，避免過燙傷胃。
一路收穫滿滿温情，服務細緻又暖心，整體入住體驗極佳，下次再來杭州依舊首選這家！

PPengguna TetamuThe check-in process on Friday night was very slow (over 20minutes) while the receptionist needed clarification for the visa permit, residence permit and entry permit even though they were in Chinese. Room given was full of mold and paper wall falling apart, had to request a change which was given immediately though. However, the quality of rooms between 4&5 floor versus 9 floor is a 30-year difference. Some of my friends booked the same kind of room and got a very bright & modern style while we got a dark room in a corridor that both looked from the movie 'The Shining'.
Service during the day was amazing, very efficient and friendly.
Breakfast was very good too!
Rooms inside were cleaned effectively every day.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店藏在林場深處，被原生自然環繞，負氧離子拉滿，搭配專屬療愈課程，真正做到了避世療愈的核心定位。雖然開業年限不長，硬件有自然折舊，但管家服務全程貼心細緻，響應及時、關懷有度，雖不及連鎖五星的標準化，卻能讓人真切感受到被重視，這是很多高價民宿缺失的温度。
美中不足：三月初春房間內已出現較多甲蟲類小蟲，對怕蟲的客人不太友好。森林民宿親近自然無可厚非，但相信通過加裝紗窗/做好門縫封閉，配備室內驅蚊驅蟲設備，可以平衡自然感與入住舒適度，做到兩全其美。
整體而言，這是一家有初心、重服務、懂度假的優質療愈酒店，環境、體驗、服務都匹配定價，非常適合想逃離城市、放鬆身心的客人，推薦入住。

PPengguna TetamuOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. FFabrice TricoireThis hotel certainly « has been » of high standards. But the room we were in was providing a 80’s look and functionalities. And although they seem to refurbish some rooms (we can hear the workers and tools and hammers during the day!), the rest of the hotel is in same condition, that does not justify the price, or this is a fare on the high side just because of the location?
As an example, see picture attached that is representative of the condition of some furnitures (this is in the restaurant). Definitely this hotel « has been » and would deserve a complete revamping / refurbishment to justify the price in Hangzhou.
