We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was clean, and there was a large selection at breakfast. When we were checking out, the receptionist offered the hotel service to give us a ride to the train station free of charge! We will definitely come back to stay here if we return to Wuhan. Special thanks to Xiaowen（小文）and Mr.Jiao（焦安运）for helping us arrange the car service and for helping carry our luggage to the car.

The breakfast buffet is excellent and the atmosphere at the hotel is very comfortable.
It’s close to some historic and scenic places.
Would definitely recommend and will stay there next time I visit Wuhan.

This has been a very pleasant stay and the experience lives up to the price. Service was extremely attentive, friendly, and warm, especially from 小慧 who looked after us well. Would recommend this hotel to those travelling with parents or people who may have difficulties walking, as it’s quite close to two major tourist attractions and with plenty of stores nearby. Also decently quiet for its central location.

一家四口👨👩👧👦第一次來武漢旅遊，我跟我老公帶兩個孩子？，，6.歲一個，四歲一個都是上幼兒園的階段，晚上下雨28號到店，一到店，第一映像是門頭小，但是一到房間，感覺房間很滿意，床很大，雙床。很大很大。前台的小姐姐夜班，很敬業，熱情。心很熱情❤，當晚本人不舒服還給我送東西上門，第二天是另外兩個前台小姐姐，太親切了，送禮物給我兩個兒子。玩具給送了小扇子給我很感動，孩子太喜歡這個酒店了。如果説，這條接地氣的。服務周到的，住的有家的感覺的，安全第一的酒店，那我説大家真的可以來這家悦楹酒店。28號到，1號離店，目前為止，孩子還在説要回以前住的家，就是酒店。能讓孩子愛上，心心念唸的酒店。那真的太美好了。下一次還是會回來噠，噢，補充説明一下，這家酒店的床是真的真的太舒服啦太讚了，這個旅行五一假期真的感謝有你們讓我們很感動，祝前台的小姐姐們每天開開心心。生意興隆酒店。

Wasn’t terrible but expected better. It’s equivalent to any 100rmb hotel room you’ll find in the majority of Chinese cities, but at 3 times the price. A potentially good view of the yellow crane tower spoiled by bars on the window and I had to pay 49rmb to upgrade my room as the first one was giving prison cell. What’s happening in the rooms is very easy to hear from the corridor and the walls are paper thin. Front desk was friendly enough but wouldn’t stay here again

哇哇哇，衹能説一個好，兩個字很好，三個字非常好！！！真的我自己也做過酒店，不説假話，房間不大，但真的都很齊全，智能家居很方便，不管是服務還是環境真的很好，店長還有前台包括服務員都非常貼心和細心，衹有你想不到的沒有她們做不到的，而且出行真的很方便的，右邊過馬路就是長江大橋，也可以直接去黃鶴樓，輪渡也在旁邊，出門左邊是美食城，也可以去黃鶴樓，這次出行真的讓我體驗非常好，下次我肯定會再去！！！非常感謝大家，真的！！！

房間就直接可以看到黃鶴樓。晚上還能坐在沙發卡座看燈光修，出地鐵站就是酒店，到那裡都方便。周圍就是糧道街和户部巷，玩啊吃飯都比較近，到江漢路也不遠，，坐地鐵也衹有3個站，比較不錯的選擇。

PPengguna TetamuThe Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

2232964****Another one of our favorite hotels we stayed at this trip. This hotel was housed in a gorgeously restored heritage building. The room was so spacious & beautifully decorated. Everything was so tastefully done. The bathtub was perfect & was perfect for 2. Wished we could access the balconies though. The hotel breakfast buffet did not had a lot of variety but the dishes were well done & tasted good. Great location within walking distance of the really charming 咸安坊 which had so many lovely cafes & shops. We also had a delicious dim sum supper near the hotel. It was also only 10min walk to the waterfront. We could also check out late at 2pm. Wished we could stay for another night.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.

Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service:**
Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean.
Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.
