PPengguna TetamuDer Service beim Frühstück sowie im Barbereich war leider enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich das Barpersonal offen über andere Gäste beschwert hat, die Cocktails bestellt haben. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Insgesamt erschien das Auftreten in diesen Bereichen eher unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert.
Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal im Parkservice und beim Check-in. Dieses war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider konnte dieser gute Eindruck die negativen Erfahrungen im Servicebereich nicht vollständig ausgleichen.

BB未I stayed here one night, en route to a somewhat professional meeting, and it was fine. The downstairs kitchen is very small but was cozy with a varied little crowd: a cinematic Peruvian business traveler, a vintage working class hero from the Balkans who made himself world class chicken, and a Dutch cosmopolitan who was bewildered by the strange outdated scenery in Leipzig.
The location of this hostel is likely the best among the choices as it's situated very close to the railway station and a museum. The staff was exceptionally friendly, for European standards, so this was a big plus.
The dorm I stayed in was the large one, but it's divided into three smaller rooms so it's rather quiet at night, which is good.

JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is located 5 mins from the train station and less than 10 mins from the city center. There are many restaurants around there. It is quite easy to find and the staffs are nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. It’s quite a large hotel. After midnight, you will need the key card to get into the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay.

PPengguna TetamuNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

There is just a little bit of far from the centre but it's easy access to the tram.
So I would say perfect hostel.

RRPSMThe hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

Ttransfa床和枕頭很舒適，睡了個好覺。房間略小但設備齊全，感覺蠻現代時尚的。交通方便，走過去三分鐘就有電車站。自助check-in, 沒成功找前台，但前台服務員兼了大堂吧服務員，非常忙碌，所以我等了好幾分鐘，但服務員態度還是非常好的

AAndrea MazWe were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!

I was assigned a suite on the 14th floor, offering a panoramic view of the skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing excellent ”uptime” for my sleep quality. The soundproofing was robust, effectively filtering out the urban white noise, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for heavy data lifting and video conferencing without any latency issues.

Whether it was the fresh pastry station or the made-to-order omelets, the quality of the ingredients was top-tier. I also utilized the fitness center and the infinity pool; both were well-maintained, clean, and never overly crowded, providing a great environment to decompress after a long day of work.
