Hotel berhampiran BMW Ferag, Leipzig

Das Hotel an sich macht einen guten Eindruck und auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben zwei mal das Zimmer gewechselt, das erste war nicht gereinigt und eine Deckenplatte stand offen und im nàchsten Zimmer war es sauber aber wieder ein Deckenplatte offen, für eine Nacht war es uns dann egal aber hier muss mehr auf die Zimmerabnahme geachtet werden. Für 5 Sterne fehlt mir in dem Hotel das notwendige I-Tüpfel und der bessere Service.

The hotel is located 5 mins from the train station and less than 10 mins from the city center. There are many restaurants around there. It is quite easy to find and the staffs are nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. It’s quite a large hotel. After midnight, you will need the key card to get into the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay.

Der Service beim Frühstück sowie im Barbereich war leider enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich das Barpersonal offen über andere Gäste beschwert hat, die Cocktails bestellt haben. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Insgesamt erschien das Auftreten in diesen Bereichen eher unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal im Parkservice und beim Check-in. Dieses war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider konnte dieser gute Eindruck die negativen Erfahrungen im Servicebereich nicht vollständig ausgleichen.

Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!

This apartment hotel room is the best value to any travelers for its the location, the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and the friendly reception desk.  It made me feel like at my own home.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in den Haus. Es war ein Weihnachtsmarktbesuch, daher dieses Hotel. Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Augustusplatz. Das Zimmer war gut aber im Nebenhaus gelegen, welches nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen war und auch nirgendwo vermerkt wurde. Der Eingang zum Hotel war nicht so leicht zu finden, die Rezeption ist im 6. Stock. Es ist ein sehr großes Haus mit vielen Zimmern. Das Parkhaus haben wir zum Glück auf Eigeninitiative reserviert, sonst hätten wir irgendwo parken müssen. Auch dazu gab es keinen Hinweis vom Hotel. Da der Andrang zum Weihnachtsmarkt bekannt sein wird. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen aber auf die Zimmerwahl achten

First and foremost this hostel is clean and comfortable enough, although the sturdy wooden bunks have slightly awkward stairs and are not the easiest to navigate while putting on bedsheets etc. Service was efficient and kind but is otherwise also quite absent, you check in and that's it. The kitchen is good, a little small but it's all that it needs to be. I think there is a restaurant in the garden which gets a little noisy, like the street. It's hard to describe the location because Leipzig doesn't really have an identifiable center, aside from a small shopping area in another part of the city. It's a bit between old fashioned decent and almost ghetto. There are nearby supermarkets and fast food outlets and event some pubs; one corner of a street on the way to Kaufland was almost lively. Recommended for a likely short stay of 1 or 2 nights in Leipzig. Similar to other options in the city.

The hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Straße, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist in nur 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen und es gibt auch Parks in der Umgebung. Sehr schönes Hotel.

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money!
