Nice hotel in great location with very friendly and helpful staff. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city and the lake!

Aucun lit pour bébé nous a été proposé. Dans la configuration du lit de la chambre (2 lits individuels collés), faire dormir un bébé n'est pas franchement simple. Les lits d'ailleurs, leur matelas sont trop mous et je penses qu'ils sont en fait remplis d'eau ce qui au delà du confort, pourrait être indiqué. La salle de bain n'a pas de porte donc pas de place pour l'intimité...

前台很nice 酒店不在市中心但會送bus券也就十幾分鍾吧可以用兩天 雖然我們沒用上哈哈哈 周圍有奧aldi和lidl還有加油站，停車是免費的特別好，房間很大早飯也還OK 自駕的推薦推薦 我太喜歡博登湖了！

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, alles war Bestens! Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee im Eingangsbereich und was man sonst noch so alles braucht. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und entspannendes Vogelgezwitscher im öffentlichen Bereich, das Zimmer hat u.a. einen Safe, einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, eine riesige Dusche und sogar einen Hängesessel, tolles Konzept mit bunten Farben! Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Gratis Bügeleisen im Keller vorhanden, Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr. 5 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich die Bushaltestelle, Bus Nummer 6 bringt einen in ca. 20-25 Minuten ins Zentrum - an der Rezeption bekamen wir auf Nachfragen sogar ein gratis Bodensee-Ticket für unsere Aufenthaltszeit mit kostenlosem öffentlichen Transport plus Vergünstigung bei Eintritten wie Museum etc.

Wir haben Superior Zimmer gebucht, aber das Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen (Dunkel, neben dem Aufzug). Für ein de luxe Zimmer mussten wir pro Nacht 88 Euro bezahlen. Das Zimmer war hell und hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Rhein. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und bequem, aber das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht professionell und arrogant. Beim Frühstück war das Personal völlig überfordert.Auf einen Cappuccino mussten wir 30 Minuten warten. Insgesamt entspricht das Personal nicht den Erwartungen eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Ich habe zwar eine Nacht verbracht, muss aber dazu sagen, einfach Top🫶🏼 Personal super freundlich und herzlich 👌🏽🫶🏼🫶🏼 Frühstück war sehr lecker 😋 alle Sorten von Eiern, Würstchen, Speck alles was das Herz begehrt 👌🏽 Dazu allerlei von Müsli Sorten und verschiedene Joghurts, Obst 👌🏽 Für mich war es sehr entspannend und die Lage des Hotels, perfekt 👌🏽 Um einfach an der Promenade zu schlendern oder zum Shoppen 👌🏽 Kann ich sehr empfehlen, gönnt euch meine Lieben 🙌🏽🫶🏼

非常古老的房子裏的酒店，電梯不到樓層，需要抗半層，位置絕佳，火車站正對面，附近的咖啡館超級棒，博登湖邊，正逢聖誕市場，遠近八方的人都過來了，很是熱鬧

In its favour, the hotel is extremely well situated, a couple of minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the centre. It’s clean and modern. Part from that, nothing special. Rather unfriendly.  Average breakfast. No kettle to make  tea and coffee in the bedroom. Snacks and drinks in the minibar overpriced.

The hotel was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences. There was no kettle or water boiler in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby every time I wanted coffee or tea. In the evening, the coffee machine area was closed, and I had to ask the reception to open it. Sometimes the staff were not available or were busy, which made it difficult. On one occasion, I had to leave the hotel and buy coffee from a nearby coffee shop. It would be much more convenient if there were kettles in the rooms or if the coffee machine were accessible at all times.

The Hotel is one of those self-check in types, without a reception. We hadn’t received the code at all, so we had to phone the service number. Person on the phone was good and gave us the code. Very comfortable bed and large room, excellent for the price we paid. In a pretty quiet area surrounded by office buildings, and business parking. Very close to Train station, but not too much around. Cons: Could have been a little bit cleaner, there was hair in the shower drain for example, and a few things didn’t work: a lamp, heated towel rail, the shower door was also missing.
