Hotel berhampiran Stesen Messe/Deutz, Cologne

這次在科隆入住的這家酒店整體屬於 “中規中矩” 的實用型選擇，沒有明顯短板但也少了些驚喜。位置還算便利，步行到附近的公交站約 5 分鐘，去科隆大教堂、老城區等景點搭乘公共交通或打車都不算繞路，周邊有小超市和簡餐店，日常採購、解決三餐很方便。房間面積適中，單人住足夠寬敞，雙人住稍顯緊湊，傢俱和陳設能看出有些使用痕跡，但整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟度剛好，睡眠質量沒有受影響；衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品是基礎款，建議對護膚有要求的朋友自帶。服務方面，前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入住和退房都很高效，問景點路線時也會耐心解答，但沒有主動提供額外的貼心服務（比如本地遊玩推薦、行李寄存延伸服務等）。早餐是簡單的自助形式，麪包、火腿、雞蛋、咖啡、果汁等基礎品類都有，口味中規中矩，能滿足飽腹需求，追求豐富餐食的話可能會覺得有些單一。總體來説，如果你是為了在科隆便捷出行、追求高性價比住宿，這家酒店能滿足基本需求，適合注重實用性而非奢華體驗的旅客。

Upscale luxury Hotel with view on the Köln Dom with an excellent breakfast with bubbles service monday to sunday!  The entire hotel is very professional and in discretion adjusted to all inquiries, expectable for a a Steigenberger Hotel! Overall the room and cleaning service was good. However, we heard someone trying to open our door during midnight!! Weird thing was on the first day the door lock was working fine, but the second day it was broken so we could not lock the door from inside. Highly doubted that someone internal broke the lock and gave the key to someone external. It was quite surprising to me that a 5-star hotel doesn’t seem safe. :( Other than that, location is convenient.

When I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe. The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne. When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time. Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

I had a great stay at Hotel Flandrischer Hof! The location is excellent — right in the heart of Cologne and just a short walk from everything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit the city. Great value for the price!

Hotel ini telah diubah suai dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini. Keadaan asasnya agak baik, persekitaran persekitarannya baik dan terbuka, dan ia sangat mudah untuk memandu dan meletak kenderaan. Bertentangan dengan hotel adalah kawasan membeli-belah yang besar di Cologne, dengan banyak pasar raya besar gaya kilang, pusat beli-belah dan kedai kelengkapan rumah. Terdapat stesen kereta api bawah tanah berdekatan, dan lebih mudah untuk menaiki kereta api bawah tanah ke bandar.

The location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice. But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay... Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out. There was no kitchen. There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken. There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor. The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.

Our team visited Cologne for Trade Fair and explored the hotels around there. Finally we found this hotel match our need with quality , location and budget set. Our score for this hotel 1). Room cleanliness : 10/10. 2). Location : 9/10. 3). Breakfast : 9/10. 4). Staff service : 10/10. 5). Value of money : 9/10.

lovely lobby with charging amenities and places to rest and study, the staff was also very nice helped fix a coffee machine when it was broken and refunded my coffee. also very near to metro station (see pics) definitely recommended for solo travelers.

Местоположение отеля очень удобное, в 3-5 минутах от центрального вокзала. В самом отеле несколько корпусов. Наш находился в соседнем здании, нужно было пройти по коридору, выйти на улицу и снова подняться на 4-й этаж. Лифта нет. У нас был двухъярусный номер на четверых с двумя двуспальными кроватями. Вторая комната мансардная. Номер умеренно чистый, несколько обшарпанный. Притом что отель открыт в 2026. Видимо, до этого был другой или какие-то апартаменты. Кровати очень удобные, матрасы отличные, полотенца новые, чистые. Тумбочки нормальные. На кухне только раковина и шкафы со слетевшими дверцами. Посуды никакой нет, чайника тоже. Ванная дверь при открытии бьется об тумбочку для верхней одежды. Отличным был вид из окна прям на церковь. В целом, мы очень благодарны этому отелю, так как он спас нас, учитывая, что случайно попали в Кёльн во время международного геймерского фестиваля в конце августа и все гостиницы были забиты или с поднебесными ценами. Этот отель был по демократичной цене. Остановиться в нём на одну ночь для нас было большой удачей. Надеемся, что команде отеля удастся доработать недочеты номера и стать ещё лучше! Успехов!
