There were a number of long hairs on the floor of the bathroom which had clearly not been cleaned properly The reception were apologetic and I was moved to another room - the bathroom also had some hairs. Cologne is a beautiful city and the hotel is well located, however it was overpriced for the standard unfortunately. I wish I had booked one of the other hotels and I definitely will next time. There should not be a number of hairs on the floor if it is properly cleaned. Very disappointed

HHakanTVery nice hotel with a wonderful and helpful staff. I stayed for 2 nights with my family and was lucky to get a corner room, which was very large and comfortable. The amenities were great and everything was well thought out. We parked our car in the garage under the hotel, which was very easy to access. You can pay for parking at the POS machine inside the garage, or simply provide your details to the reception and they will take care of it for you. Just a small tip: the garage is a bit narrow, so it’s much easier to exit if you park your car backwards when you arrive. If I visit Cologne again, I will definitely stay at this lovely place once more.

PPengguna Tetamu這次在科隆入住的這家酒店整體屬於 “中規中矩” 的實用型選擇，沒有明顯短板但也少了些驚喜。位置還算便利，步行到附近的公交站約 5 分鐘，去科隆大教堂、老城區等景點搭乘公共交通或打車都不算繞路，周邊有小超市和簡餐店，日常採購、解決三餐很方便。房間面積適中，單人住足夠寬敞，雙人住稍顯緊湊，傢俱和陳設能看出有些使用痕跡，但整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟度剛好，睡眠質量沒有受影響；衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品是基礎款，建議對護膚有要求的朋友自帶。服務方面，前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入住和退房都很高效，問景點路線時也會耐心解答，但沒有主動提供額外的貼心服務（比如本地遊玩推薦、行李寄存延伸服務等）。早餐是簡單的自助形式，麪包、火腿、雞蛋、咖啡、果汁等基礎品類都有，口味中規中矩，能滿足飽腹需求，追求豐富餐食的話可能會覺得有些單一。總體來説，如果你是為了在科隆便捷出行、追求高性價比住宿，這家酒店能滿足基本需求，適合注重實用性而非奢華體驗的旅客。

SSebastianThe location of the Adina Hotel is very good. It is close to the train station, very convenient, and at the same time surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. What I liked most is that the room is well equipped for a longer stay. Having a full-sized fridge, a washing machine, and basic cooking facilities makes a big difference and adds a lot of comfort. The gym is perfectly fine, and there is also a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I was quite happy staying here for an extended period. There are a few downsides though. Housekeeping is supposed to happen every three days, but in reality it is quite irregular and unpredictable. Sometimes it does not happen at all unless you actively ask for it, which is a bit annoying. There is an app to request services, but unfortunately it did not work properly during my stay. Breakfast is okay but very basic and repetitive. The selection was exactly the same every day over two weeks, which gets boring quickly. In general, it is a good hotel for a longer stay, especially if you value space and self-service facilities, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping consistency and breakfast variety.

CChee KoonSituated in the Altstadt-Nord district, Hotel Merian is a short 2-minute walk from Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf) and less than 10 minutes on foot from the Cologne Cathedral. This is the kind of hotel I am looking for and I highly recommend to anyone who is searching for an affordable stay in the heart of Cologne city.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is perfect. Just 5 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof. You can buy for 10 € a wonderful buffet breakfast. For lunch and dinner they have good meals. The rooms are very safe with single beds on the ground (not station beds to climb up). Bathroom shower is big and good. Best place to stay in Cologne Central for little money.

PPengguna TetamuI really wish I could write something positive about this place, but unfortunately my experience was quite a let down. The staff was really nice and friendly, and the beds were comfy. However the ”facilities” were a bit amiss: some beds do not have electric sockets. I appreciate that they welcome everyone, but I had two seemingly homeless people in my room, with one seemingly doing some ***** in the bathroom with a quite strong body odor. I don't want to sound judgemental, and people need a place to sleep especially in the cold days, but for someone traveling to Koln alone, exhausted from a long flight, sleeping in a room with two homeless people can be a bit uncomfortable. I wish I didn't have to write this negative review, because I have stayed in other A&O hostels, and all of them including this one had nice staff and plenty of open areas to relax or meet other travelers.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe Good: - Location is right in the middle of everything and few steps from the Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station. - Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The young lady (she had curly hair) and the Dutch man were amazing and friendly! - The room given to us was huge! It had a living room. - The price was affordable considering we went during peak holiday season with the Christmas markets open. The Bad: - We were on the 5th floor and the lift was only until the 4th floor. We had to carry our luggages up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Also the lift was tiny! It could only fit 2 persons or 1 person with luggage. - Heating was not working. When we arrived, we were wondering why we had 2 portable heaters (with 1 not working), we realised the radiators were not working! - The bathroom stank the whole room everytime we came in from outside. It seemed to come from the drainage. - The bathroom has a huge window (not frosted, no curtain) that makes you uncomfortable when showering! I had to turn the lights off at night so I wasn't visible from outside. And during the day, I had to crouch. - The shower cubicle was so tiny! I kept hitting the shower lever so the temperature kept changing while showering. I had to leave the glass door open so I can move. - The sofas in the living room had stains. - The king bed was actually 2 single bed beds placed side by side and I kept falling into the middle crack. - The mattress had a lump in the middle. It was uncomfortable. - There was 1 female staff (older lady), who was rude. We asked to collect our luggage we left after we checked out and she had this pissed off expression like we bothered her for asking. I had high expectations as I have stayed in Wyndham hotels before and this hotel was not up to par.
