Hotel berhampiran Stesen Metro Amagerbro, Copenhagen

We really enjoyed our stay at CityHub. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning with hopes to drop off our luggage, we were instead offered a ‘hub’ straight away! The bathrooms and saunas were absolutely lovely, and the beds were very comfy. I enjoyed having a space to stand up within the hubs, and the ability to change the lighting and the music. Overall, I would recommend cityhub to anyone looking for a stay in Copenhagen. You pay significantly less than what you would in a typically hotel, for what I could argue is better service and better quality.

Convenient hotel 5mins from central station. Lucas and team friendly at reception. Happy to help. Lovely decor and good breakfast included. Great find as a 4star with a souvenir shop opposite and eateries nearby.

I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. Great hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

The hostel was easy to find, few minutes from the metro which was important to me. Every staffmember was really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was welcoming. The tent was small for 4 persons but I knew that I will mostly just sleep there, the bed was comfortable and clean. I read in other reviews that a curtain would be nice, I agree with that also. The bathroom was really big, plenty of showers and toilets, there was hot water every time which was also important to me. I had breakfast on a few days, which was also good and I really liked sitting in the outside tables, I also had a chance to connect with other travellers every day. On the last day I left my luggage in one of the lockers so I could explore the city freely, that was also a good bonus. They provided earplugs, which I used during my sleep, overall all ”campers” were respectful and quiet after 10 pm but still it was a lot of people in a small space. For solo travellers this is a good choice as the hotel prices are 4-5 times higher.

Wakeup Copenhagen - Carsten Niebuhrs Gade: After a nightmare stay at City Hotel Nebo (Istedgade 6, 1650 København V, Denmark) where I couldn't sleep and my skin was itching due to dirty conditions including hair in the sink and no hygiene products available, Wakeup Copenhagen was my salvation. Immaculate cleanliness, modern minimalist room on 8th floor with marvelous city view, comfortable bed where I finally slept after 48 hours of exhaustion, clean shower with good water pressure, good quality breakfast, very good reception lobby, perfect location near Dybbølsbro Station (500m) and easy access to Copenhagen Bus Terminal for my FlixBus, excellent value at €62-70. Rating: 9/10. Compared to City Hotel Nebo (-3/10), this was heaven. The contrast was shocking - from dirty and uncomfortable to clean, modern, and peaceful. This hotel saved my trip and gave me the rest I needed to enjoy my last day in Copenhagen. Absolutely recommended for solo travelers who value cleanliness! I chose this accommodation because it is conveniently located near the central station, making it easy to get around. However, on the day of my stay, I had to deal with a group of extremely rude and inconsiderate students staying in the rooms nearby. They were very loud, talking loudly, banging on the doors, shouting, and making a great deal of noise. I could not sleep at all during the night, which made my stay very disappointing. The check-in process is self-service, and the room is assigned randomly. The downside is that guests may end up with a room right next to the bathroom, which can make the stay even more unpleasant. I would recommend improving the room assignment system so that guests can indicate their preferences, such as requesting a room away from the elevator, away from the bathroom, or in a quiet corner. This would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The atmosphere was genuinely welcoming and relaxed and the location is great, but the hygiene is not really good for the bathroom, there is a weak water flow for the shower, and the hotel reception was in the bar, and the rooms were above the bar, making it a bit noisy at night. This hostel don't have any common areas; you either went out or stayed in the dorm. They didn't even provide shower gel or shampoo.

Saya tahu ia adalah hotel bajet dan saya menilaikannya dengan sewajarnya. Sekurang-kurangnya pastikan semuanya berfungsi. Satu pintu masuk tidak berfungsi, semua kiosk daftar masuk sendiri tidak berfungsi, satu lif mempunyai cermin pecah... paling teruk wifi tidak stabil dan lemah.

Automated check-in worked smoothly. very centrally located. Double-room was tidy with very good beds. Thin windows, but perfectly acceptable with earplugs. Automated checkout did not work as designed and the phone number in the hotel listing and displayed in the hotel itself is unregistered. However, then settled via intercom call.
