Hotel berhampiran Selat Øresund, Copenhagen

I had a great stay here. The place looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, proactive, and very helpful. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the shared areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and sleeping hub. I was initially worried about using shared bathrooms, but the bathrooms were very clean, and other guests were considerate in keeping them tidy after use. If you do not bring slippers, they are also available from the vending machine, which is convenient. The sleeping hub was higher and more spacious than expected, warm and comfortable, with power outlets and USB-C ports on both sides of the bed. Wi-Fi was strong, and I was able to use the call booth for a virtual meeting. The wristband system for opening doors and making purchases inside the property was also very convenient. I also enjoyed using the shared sauna, especially after coming in from the cold. The location is excellent, close to a bus stop with easy access to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli. There are supermarkets, international restaurants, and a laundromat nearby. Overall, I highly recommend CityHub Copenhagen for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-designed stay.

I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. Hotel was close to the central train station, which was very useful coming in from the airport. Hotel had provided us with free macaroons and champagne as we were on our honeymoon! Was very pleased with our stays

Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

The hotel is fairly okay overall. Check-in is self-service, which is convenient but might not suit everyone. The room is quite small and feels a bit outdated. On the positive side, the bed and mattress are comfortable, which made sleeping easy. There is a sink in the room, which is useful, but the lighting is poor. Pretty cold inside. Overall, the space doesn’t feel very cozy.

Wakeup Copenhagen - Carsten Niebuhrs Gade: After a nightmare stay at City Hotel Nebo (Istedgade 6, 1650 København V, Denmark) where I couldn't sleep and my skin was itching due to dirty conditions including hair in the sink and no hygiene products available, Wakeup Copenhagen was my salvation. Immaculate cleanliness, modern minimalist room on 8th floor with marvelous city view, comfortable bed where I finally slept after 48 hours of exhaustion, clean shower with good water pressure, good quality breakfast, very good reception lobby, perfect location near Dybbølsbro Station (500m) and easy access to Copenhagen Bus Terminal for my FlixBus, excellent value at €62-70. Rating: 9/10. Compared to City Hotel Nebo (-3/10), this was heaven. The contrast was shocking - from dirty and uncomfortable to clean, modern, and peaceful. This hotel saved my trip and gave me the rest I needed to enjoy my last day in Copenhagen. Absolutely recommended for solo travelers who value cleanliness! Zero cleaning in 4 days stay, even tho we asked couple times. Despite a stay being extra expensive, close to 700 euros for 4 nights in a bunk bed, the gym wasn't included, we had to pay extra. No refill in fresh towel without asking, no refill in coffee or tea, nothing. Not even empty our trash. Cleaning staff in common area asking you to move table when you're in the middle of an imprtant call...not professional at all. The place was far to be bad, but the service can easily be improved for the comfort of the clients. Good points: clean building, nice wifi, right next to a mall and train station.

I am so glad that I stayed Cabinn City in Kobenhavn. My friend and I arrived almost midnight, upon checked in staff in reception were so friendly and explain everything. Room is so clean, bed so comfy and breakfast was really enjoyable and worth the price. Overall thanks to the amazing staff ( reception, kitchen/breakfast and housekeeping), I am a happy guest over my stay, plus we can the locker and definitely back here again. Location is great, everything is accessible.

Après quelques déceptions, j'ai finalement passé un séjour correct. - les photos sur les détails de la chambre de base correspondent à la chambre supérieure. La chambre est plus petite - j'ai reçu la clé digitale sur le téléphone à l'avance, mais elle n'a jamais fonctionné. Le numéro de téléphone reçu par mail dans la confirmation du check in n'est plus attribué. J'ai dû chercher sur internet le numéro général des A Hotels (j'ai remarqué par la suite que le bon numéro était indiqué à l'extérieur, mais une femme de chambre m'avait fait entré dans le lobby). Ceci dit, la personne au téléphone à été très efficace et une carte à été directement encodée avec la bonne clé. - à savoir que le quartier est assez bruyant et les fenêtres laissent passer tous les sons - le chauffage fonctionnait moyennement (une petite partie du radiateur était chaud). Mais il ne faisait pas froid dans la chambre (température extérieure entre 4 et 9 degrés). Les points positifs, l'emplacement est bien, le lit est confortable, le personnel croisé à été très pro... Pour conclure, pour ce service, le prix devrait être plus bas.
