PPengguna TetamuI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.

IIABCA beautiful hotel with the perfect location!
2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card.
We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

PPengguna TetamuVery good location which near Central Station （train) & Kobenhavn Metro Station. Besides, travellers can take bus 5C just outside the hotel to the airport. Quite a number of scenic spots are quite close to the hotel.
Cost value of the buffet breakfast is great which costs only DDK$69 when compared of the food bought from restaurant outside. Lots of activities are offered by the hotel which esp suit for the youngsters.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.
However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head.
I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby.
The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.
I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely.
Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again.

KKA HEIFor the room I stayed in is really small. Even I am short, I could not sit straight on my bed ( can refer to the picture I uploaded).
The toilet and the bathroom is really cold, especially for right side of the bathroom as there is no heater inside. And the cleaning staff, their service attitude a bit worse. During the morning hour, they will clean the toilet and bathroom, also for the checked-out bed. From my experience, they stared at me and made me feel uncomfortable and ”under pressure”, seems I should not stay at the area (where they are cleaning). Also, I found that they changed the pillow cover and bed sheet on floor(disgusting). However, the reception is nice.
As it is a hostel, it is reasonable for them to charging fee from the shampoo, shower gel, or service (like storing luggage service). However, I have never heard and experienced that accommodation does not provide hairdryer for free(cost $50 dkk). It is alarming to everyone who would like to book this hostel when coming to Copenhagen, you need to bring shampoo, shower gel, teeth blush, etc. If it is possible bring your own hairdryer as well, it is costly for you to bring one for just a few days.
I would totally not recommend people to stay in this hostel cause there is better options with the similar price (like airbnb or other hostel chain).

KKS-GermanyWakeup Copenhagen - Carsten Niebuhrs Gade: After a nightmare stay at City Hotel Nebo (Istedgade 6, 1650 København V, Denmark) where I couldn't sleep and my skin was itching due to dirty conditions including hair in the sink and no hygiene products available, Wakeup Copenhagen was my salvation. Immaculate cleanliness, modern minimalist room on 8th floor with marvelous city view, comfortable bed where I finally slept after 48 hours of exhaustion, clean shower with good water pressure, good quality breakfast, very good reception lobby, perfect location near Dybbølsbro Station (500m) and easy access to Copenhagen Bus Terminal for my FlixBus, excellent value at €62-70. Rating: 9/10. Compared to City Hotel Nebo (-3/10), this was heaven. The contrast was shocking - from dirty and uncomfortable to clean, modern, and peaceful. This hotel saved my trip and gave me the rest I needed to enjoy my last day in Copenhagen. Absolutely recommended for solo travelers who value cleanliness! Thank you Trip.com and Wakeup Copenhagen! 🙏

AapshanyyyVery very basic living space. Not much room for 2 huge luggages. Check in strictly at 3pm with no free luggage storage, which should be a basic for accommodation.
Location is not bad with direct bus to/fro the airport.
Room came with 1 pillow and we had to ask for another one which staff said could be found below the bed. Err, but without casing. 2 of us slept with 1 small square pillow for 2 nights. Room have no kettle, nothing.

WWei ZiThis is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains.
The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.

- les photos sur les détails de la chambre de base correspondent à la chambre supérieure. La chambre est plus petite
- j'ai reçu la clé digitale sur le téléphone à l'avance, mais elle n'a jamais fonctionné. Le numéro de téléphone reçu par mail dans la confirmation du check in n'est plus attribué. J'ai dû chercher sur internet le numéro général des A Hotels (j'ai remarqué par la suite que le bon numéro était indiqué à l'extérieur, mais une femme de chambre m'avait fait entré dans le lobby). Ceci dit, la personne au téléphone à été très efficace et une carte à été directement encodée avec la bonne clé.
- à savoir que le quartier est assez bruyant et les fenêtres laissent passer tous les sons
- le chauffage fonctionnait moyennement (une petite partie du radiateur était chaud). Mais il ne faisait pas froid dans la chambre (température extérieure entre 4 et 9 degrés).
Les points positifs, l'emplacement est bien, le lit est confortable, le personnel croisé à été très pro...
Pour conclure, pour ce service, le prix devrait être plus bas.
