SSermsiri SI had a great stay here. The place looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, proactive, and very helpful. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the shared areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and sleeping hub.
I was initially worried about using shared bathrooms, but the bathrooms were very clean, and other guests were considerate in keeping them tidy after use. If you do not bring slippers, they are also available from the vending machine, which is convenient.
The sleeping hub was higher and more spacious than expected, warm and comfortable, with power outlets and USB-C ports on both sides of the bed. Wi-Fi was strong, and I was able to use the call booth for a virtual meeting. The wristband system for opening doors and making purchases inside the property was also very convenient. I also enjoyed using the shared sauna, especially after coming in from the cold.
The location is excellent, close to a bus stop with easy access to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli. There are supermarkets, international restaurants, and a laundromat nearby. Overall, I highly recommend CityHub Copenhagen for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-designed stay.

PPengguna TetamuVery good location which near Central Station （train) & Kobenhavn Metro Station. Besides, travellers can take bus 5C just outside the hotel to the airport. Quite a number of scenic spots are quite close to the hotel.
Cost value of the buffet breakfast is great which costs only DDK$69 when compared of the food bought from restaurant outside. Lots of activities are offered by the hotel which esp suit for the youngsters.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI was around the city for 3days of design and happy for the stay (female share room). The room is pretty clean except there was no curtain for each bed and bathroom was tiny than expected. The hostel is nearby the metro station and easy to walk down to the city center. It’s surrounded by a small lake, people used to running and jogging there a lot.
Also, You can pay 100 DKK for late check-out and stay until 1:00 PM. But no early check-in was available. Instead there’s a storage downstairs which charge me 2 hours for 25 DKK and 6 hours for 40 DKK.

PPengguna TetamuThe atmosphere was genuinely welcoming and relaxed and the location is great, but the hygiene is not really good for the bathroom, there is a weak water flow for the shower, and the hotel reception was in the bar, and the rooms were above the bar, making it a bit noisy at night. This hostel don't have any common areas; you either went out or stayed in the dorm. They didn't even provide shower gel or shampoo.

PPengguna TetamuClean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

MMariia ReznikovaAn excellent hotel for the price. If you plan to explore the area on foot, this is the ideal choice. It is close to the train station, conveniently located, and features nice rooms. For Europe, the price is very affordable. You can book with confidence—I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. It’s a lot of beautiful places around the hotel. You just need to go by walk.

JJulian98The hotel is fairly okay overall. Check-in is self-service, which is convenient but might not suit everyone. The room is quite small and feels a bit outdated. On the positive side, the bed and mattress are comfortable, which made sleeping easy. There is a sink in the room, which is useful, but the lighting is poor. Pretty cold inside. Overall, the space doesn’t feel very cozy.

Despite a stay being extra expensive, close to 700 euros for 4 nights in a bunk bed, the gym wasn't included, we had to pay extra. No refill in fresh towel without asking, no refill in coffee or tea, nothing. Not even empty our trash.
Cleaning staff in common area asking you to move table when you're in the middle of an imprtant call...not professional at all.
The place was far to be bad, but the service can easily be improved for the comfort of the clients.
Good points: clean building, nice wifi, right next to a mall and train station.

FFrancois W.Après quelques déceptions, j'ai finalement passé un séjour correct.
- les photos sur les détails de la chambre de base correspondent à la chambre supérieure. La chambre est plus petite
- j'ai reçu la clé digitale sur le téléphone à l'avance, mais elle n'a jamais fonctionné. Le numéro de téléphone reçu par mail dans la confirmation du check in n'est plus attribué. J'ai dû chercher sur internet le numéro général des A Hotels (j'ai remarqué par la suite que le bon numéro était indiqué à l'extérieur, mais une femme de chambre m'avait fait entré dans le lobby). Ceci dit, la personne au téléphone à été très efficace et une carte à été directement encodée avec la bonne clé.
- à savoir que le quartier est assez bruyant et les fenêtres laissent passer tous les sons
- le chauffage fonctionnait moyennement (une petite partie du radiateur était chaud). Mais il ne faisait pas froid dans la chambre (température extérieure entre 4 et 9 degrés).
Les points positifs, l'emplacement est bien, le lit est confortable, le personnel croisé à été très pro...
Pour conclure, pour ce service, le prix devrait être plus bas.
