"酒店工作人員態度還可以，但是酒店設施老舊，且工作人員不解決問題。入住第一天酒店的洗澡淋浴總是一會兒冷水一會兒燙水，跟前台溝通，前台給換了一個房間。我着急的收拾完行李搬了新房之後發現，新房間的淋浴依然忽冷忽熱。然後前台又帶我去看第三間房間，一樣的忽冷忽熱。我發現酒店每個房間都是忽冷忽熱的，衹能洗澡的時候躲開冷水和燙水去洗澡。早餐品種很少。我連續住了九個晚上，基本每天吃的都差不多，沒啥可以選擇的，唯一的肉菜就是香腸。酒店整體房間都挺大的，但是房間梳粧台附近有螞蟻。我自己用殺蟲劑天天噴。這個酒店外觀看起來四星的樣子。房間也大。但是整個酒店的淋浴水都是忽冷忽熱的而且前台知道也不修，就一直給你換房間和拖延。房間還有螞蟻。床品是乾淨的但是有點起球。另外，入住酒店待了九天，基本衹能看到一個又一個的旅行團。幾乎沒有散客。我應該是唯一的散客了。都是中國團和西班牙，歐洲各種團。問了一個妹子，她們都是導遊帶過來的，就住兩三天。像我這樣連續住9天，真的很難受，每天都是洗澡困難。衹能洗一下停一下。一般每間隔一分鐘就會變冷水和沸水。估計是因為酒店主要接待旅行團，所以她們沒打算修理水的問題。唯一的優點就是價格便宜了。要不是因為價格便宜，我也不會連續住9個晚上。真的不如前面住的開羅希爾頓。差太遠了。"

"The location is great (very close to McD, Pizza Hut, and other restaurants) and the staff were helpful. We found that the previous guest in our room had left their underwear but the staff acted immediately to re-clean our room. They also gave us a complimentary dessert platter."

"It’s an excellent choice if you’re planning to visit other locations around Cairo, the location allows to easily access many tourist places using an Uber or Taxi. And the hotel facilities are great, food is amazing. Worth the stay."

"The hotel is a value for money option in Cairo. They serve a plethora for the buffet breakfast and it was delicios. Dinner buffet spread choices were lesser in comparison to breakfast. The room is clean and spacious, however, being at the top most floor (Level 8), the water pressure was not too good. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Safety is good with security checks done upon entry. There are also 2 gift shops, a pharmacy, Starbucks and even a massage centre within the hotel premises. As it was winter, I did not have the chance to try out their pool. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would definitely be patronising them again."

"انبهرت حقيقة من مستوى هذا الفندق الجميل الذي يوجد في موقع رائع وسط البلد بقاهرة المعز،، غرف نظيفة جدا، بشكل جمالي رائع،، وتعامل متميز من المسؤولين على هذا الفندق الذي يمتلك خصوصية جميع الفنادق المصنفة.. انصح كل زائر بالحجز بهذا الفندق للاستمتاع أكثر بروعة وسط البلد."

"The front desk staff, Amr tried his best to give us an early check-in. I had booked the hotel very early and had requested for a high floor. We were given the 3rd floor (out of 6 floors) saying it was a high floor, it was the last, corner room, noisy at night with music till late at night from the park and also the door that was shared with the adjacent room was being rattled and woke us up. Instead of a huge double bed we got twin beds pushed together with a dent in the middle and separate duvets tucked under. The room was cold. No blanket, no bathrobe, no slippers, no toiletries other than soap and shampoo. We were forced to keep our luggage at reception for the porter to bring it to the room. This was delayed almost by half an hour, when we could have easily done it ourselves. The next day, the staff who cleaned the room, separated the beds again. She took away the dirty towels and didn’t replace them. The pillows the hotel provides are like huge square cushions. Breakfast had some variety and the chefs cook some tasty dishes. We chose this Accor hotel hoping to have a great anniversary experience, but instead it was ruined. The cost was very high and not worth it. On our last evening, we received 2 phone calls via the room phone interrupting our evening leisure. The calls were made about half hour apart and was from a female asking us if we enjoyed the breakfast. She said she was from housekeeping. We found this odd. We are very disappointed with this whole experience especially as I am an Accor member and for the price we paid. Our 28th wedding anniversary was ruined!"

"Сейчас я хочу рассказать о своем опыте проживание в этом отеле. Все началось с того что мы приехали в этом место где располагается отель. И он расположен рядом с большим отелем Хилтон. Но это не составило труда его найти. А вокруг было много персонала, которые добродушно показал нам дорогу. Ресепшен отеля находится на 16-м этаже и отель только открылся полгода назад поэтому нас добродушно встретили. Нам выдали ключи показали два номера и сказали что мы можем выбрать любой нампонравившийся. Это очень клиентоориентированно, очень круто первый раз я сталкиваюсь с таким отношением с твоим гостям. Мы выбрали номер достойный очень достойный. В нём был просторный балкон , вид на Нил как мы хотели, а также даже было видно пирамиды. номере были все удобства фен тапочки, утюг. мы жили в вчетвером у каждой пары была своя комната и мастер спальня ,точнее мастер спальня с собственной ванной. Мы не захватили с собой тапочки, но представителя отеля с радостью нам их предоставили. Так как в нашу стоимость не входил завтрак мы сходили позавтракать в отель Hilton , отлично решение всем советую. От отеля нам принесли ещё фрукты. На апартаментах было всё для долгого проживания стиральная машинка , тостер , плитам все инструменты для приготовления пищи . Мы восторге от этого отеля. Это видит этот балкон сделали весь наш день. Это было особенное место для особенного времени. Если вы будете в Каире я советую вам остановиться в этом отеле."
