MMohamedAkl1We spent one night at the Rivana Residence hotel. The location was confusing at first as it doesn't have big hotel signs. Once we got in we were welcomed by reception. We had a nice apartment which looks like we were one of the new users of the room or even the whole building. Everything was very clean, the room had a kettle and a microwave as well as some cutlery. The room also included a sofa and a big desk. Overall the stay was very nice and if I want somewhere near 5th district this would be definitely one of the first choices to book. Only one improvement I can think of is that there were no teabags or instant coffee packets. This is usually included in most hotels and would've been great to have a cup of tea in the morning

SShiv KamleshkumarMy stay at Renaissance Cairo Mirage City was nothing short of amazing. I always, always felt well taken care of by the staff here, and, in particular, I must highlight the staff at the breakfast buffet as I always found them to be so genuinely kind and considerate. The rooms were also quite spacious and the architecture of the hotel reminded me of Paris which I loved. In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly helpful as I don't think Cairo Airport is the easiest for tourists to get out of with all the people haggling you for a ride.

PPengguna TetamuWe would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day. They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.
