AA_PezThe hotel checked all of our boxes to have a successful trip. There was breakfast included with my stay (really good breakfast buffet), they checked me in earlier due to my early arrival, it's in between the Palma center and the airport. Also the beach is across the street and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel lobby, so it was really easy to get around. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very generous.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur.
We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise.
This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

OOleksUAОтель знаходиться на горі, не далеко від потру та торговельного центру. В пішій доступності деякі пам'ятки, все інше - на авто чи автобусі, зупинка якого розташована поряд. Для авто є паркувальні місця в отелі (15€ /добу додатково) або ж вздовж дороги в переулках, але місце треба шукати. Для бажаючих стоянка таксі також знаходиться поруч.
Номери: просторі, велика кровать, велика ванна кімната із гарним душем; гаряча вода, маючи засоби, рушники є. Двері до ванної кімнати скляні, то ж для подорожі разом треба врахувати це. Телевізор в номері мега великий - мабуть 55”. В номері є маленький холодильник, для напоїв було достатньо, нажаль чайника чи кавоварки не було, проте на рецепції був кавовий автомат.
Вид: балкон seaview просторий, але забудови перед готелем не давали повної насолоди видом на море.
Їжа: сніданок включений був до ціни номера, ми звикли снідати з кращим асортиментом, проте адаптувалися і до цих умов. Яєшня, балик, хамон, булочки, сири, соки, кава, чай тощо доступні, салати - ні.
На території готелю є басейн, проте погода вже не дозволила перевірити його, нажаль. Хоча доступ до басейну був відкритий
Персонал: привітний, володіють англійською також, ніяких непорозумінь не виникало.

PPengguna TetamuNice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

PPengguna TetamuThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality.
However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child.
When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

PPengguna TetamuPobyt w hotelu oceniany bardzo dobrze. Pokój był czysty i pachnący, nie było za gorąco, a lekko chłodno - tak jak lubimy. Ciekawy prysznic 😁 Do plaży krótki, 3-minutowy spacerek, a do centrum 10 minut samochodem. Kursują też autobusy. 10 minut piechotą od hotelu znajduje się Palma Aquarium. Nam lokalizacja bardzo się podobała. Bardzo fajny bar na 8 piętrze z jacuzzi i widokiem na morze 🙂 Podczas tygodnia spędzonego na Majorce i pobytu w czterech różnych hotelach, ten miał najlepsze śniadanie.
Dwie rzeczy, do których bym się przyczepiła:
1) Dostaliśmy pokój z boku, z widokiem na ogród i na hotel znajdujący się obok, z którego dochodziły głośne dźwięki klimatyzacji, czy czegoś innego. Trwało to przez cały czas i nie zapewniało ciszy.
2) W hotelu spędziliśmy dwie noce. Ostatniego dnia musieliśmy wstać wcześnie rano o godz. 4, żeby zdążyć na nasz lot. Poprosiliśmy recepcję o przygotowanie nam śniadania na wynos, ale odmówiono nam, bo hotel tego nie robi, pomimo że opłaciliśmy śniadania z góry. W zamian zaproponowano nam, że możemy dostać owoce. Chcieliśmy coś konkretniejsze go, więc powiedziano nam, żebyśmy rano zeszli do kuchni i coś będzie na nas czekać na stole. Okazało się, że były to dwie kromki białego niedobrego chleba tostowego i dwa plasterki salami, do tego banan i to wszystko... Byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani, a pracownicy mogli postarać się bardziej, zostawiając choćby jakieś croissanty, czy po prostu trochę większy wybór.

PPengguna TetamuMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
