"We loved every about the hotel. The renovation of an old hotel was sympathetic with the dare it was built and makes the hotel modern but still charming.  The staff were beyond fantastic, all members went beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The food was equally as impressive, the drinks were also quality and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend it enough"

"酒店是精心設計的，有特色，交通方便，逛街步行就可以到主街，周圍有超市，教堂，學校，酒吧。 不足之處： 酒店不提供一次性用品（牙刷牙膏，拖鞋） 不提供早餐（可以去邊上餐廳或超市） 衞生間和浴室都是玻璃門，不通頂（和房頂空一截），使用時吵，尤其起夜影響另一個人睡覺，水管聲音很大，如廁時味道混在卧室裏。"

"由於前面預訂的酒店出了問題，衹能當天臨時定的市區酒店，感謝攜程的積分兑換，用可以接受的價格預訂到了這裏。距離最中心的位置有一段距離，但步行也是可以到達，公交車就在門口很方便。房間很大很乾凈，床也舒適，有提供熱水壺，歡迎用水和茶包。除了洗手間設計比較奇怪之外其他都挺好的。退房後可以寄存行李，打taxi到機場15分鐘，大約22歐"

"先説不滿意的地方由於當時我的疏忽兩人入住訂房時我衹填了一個check in 過後第二天沒通知要加收一晚30歐的額外費用我覺得有點不太滿意 加收OK前提是check in時告訴我我完全沒有意見 第二天才説就讓人不爽 其次酒店設施有點老舊不過畢竟開業年數在那兒 再説優點餐廳不錯馬略卡島其實蠻大酒店距離果凍海等景點開車要一個小時左右 望採納 其次洗漱用品都是寶格麗的 但鑒於淡季每晚1500左右的房價也不能説性價比高"

"My wife myself and our friends were staying in Hotel Almuaina. Taxi from airport and return was around 12.14 minutes and the hotel was right in the middle of where you want to be with short walks to all tourist attractions. Hop on hop off bus ride takes you further out. The hotel was spotless, friendly and it has a roof top bar and restaurant which is amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we return I’d book it again."

"la atención ha sido lamentable. Para empezar nos cobraron el precio del alojamiento cuando ya había sido pagado a la hora de efectuar la reserva. Nos dieron una habitación familiar con 2 baños (destacable) pero había hormigas en ambos baños, asqueroso, dejé mi férula dental en el baño y cuando volví del desayuno estaba cubierta de hormigas. Polvo en todos los armarios, la limpieza muy justa y superficial. Reclame el hecho de las hormigas y la persona de recepción me daba largas, hasta que ya me moleste y lo mostré de forma evidente. Entonces decidieron cambiarnos de habitación (a una peor porque no tenía separación de las camas ni 2 baños. Para continuar (mi hija y yo somos celíacas, era la primera vez que podíamos disfrutar de una ensaimada sin gluten) nos compramos una ensaimada y consumiendo bebidas del hotel no nos permitieron merendar la ensaimada en la terraza de la cafetería, además nos lo dijeron de una forma bastante poco empática, se lo explicamos y le dio igual. La piscina climatizada estaba turbia. El hotel está bien situado en el puerto pero le falta mantenimiento y personal profesional."

"Accueil merveilleux et très souriant. Tout le monde est aux petits soins. J’ai goûté le meilleur tataki de thon, incroyablement fondant! Le seul hic: les cloisons entre les chambres vous laissent l’iode dormir et prendre votre douche avec vos voisins!"

"The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky.  Only for this reason I would not stay again."
