L’hôtel est bien situé, propre ! Par contre on entend trop les femmes de ménage tôt le matin et en + avec des talky walky, j’avais l’impression d’avoir la police devant la porte, c’est dommage elles pourrait faire attention surtout en voyant le panneau ne pas déranger sur la porte.

The hotel’s location was excellent and truly one of its biggest advantages. The metro station was right outside the hotel, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. Access from the airport was also very easy, whether by metro or aerobus, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day comfortably. The only drawback was the noise, rooms are not soundproof. We could hear traffic, corridor noise, and general movement. However, the staff were responsive and changed our room upon request, which we appreciated.

The hotels locations is amazing, you are steps away from Rambla while having a bit of privacy.
The guys from the reception were amazing and supportive with restaurant reservation and the luggage hold request. A snack machine was also a plus :)
The only con we find was the old mattress which made a weird sound with every move and the super loud and half functioning AC.
Overall a good experience despite not having a great night sleep.
Come to Barcelona everyone, this city will change your life!

Летали на 3 дня на концерт - целью было найти недорогое (!), но хорошее и безопасное жильё с завтраками, расположенное рядом с местом проведения концерта. Выбирали между двумя вариантами, в конце концов остановились на этом и ни разу не пожалели. За свою цену просто прекрасный вариант. Бронировали 3-местный номер на двоих, так как не было 2-местных, но в итоге нас поселили в 4-местный. Каждый день приходили убираться, меняли полотенца, заправляли кровати и так далее. Очень приветливый, улыбчивый и добрый персонал на ресепшене и в отеле в целом. Всегда старались помочь и поднять настроение. Завтрак не сильно богатый, но вкусный, свежий и абсолютно приличный. (выпечка, хлопья, йогурты, кофе, соки, фрукты, бутерброды) Расположение просто идеально - легко добраться до любой точки города, идти до метро/остановки автобуса буквально 2 минуты. Улица милая и уютная, номера также не вызывают никаких претензий. Очень просторная комната с окном, телевизором, отдельным туалетом-душем и кондиционером. Холодно не было. Многие жаловались на ”тонкие стены” и шум - действительно периодически было слышно соседей или звуки из коридора, но нам они никак не мешали. Если поедем в Барселону ещё - обязательно рассмотрим этот вариант снова🥰

Excelente ubicación, el servicio de la recepción fue excelente, guardan tu equipaje si llegas antes del check in sin problema. Desayuno muy bueno y todos muy amables y serviciales, la habitación impecable, limpieza muy bien. Aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. El colchón bueno. Excelente opción calidad precio. 🏆 Volvería nuevamente. Muy recomendado para familias con bebé, me facilitaron la cuna y una habitación triple que nos calzó excelente. Espaciosa y con terraza. Clóset nevera todo limpio y muy bien cuidado. El internet 🛜 bajo pero como teníamos plan de internet ilimitado no fue problema. No usamos la TV pero si eres d dudarlo si llega poca señal.

Очень симпатичный вариант расположения в центре оживленного Готического квартала. Довольно новый объект размещения, чисто, есть все необходимое, хорошая сантехника. Видов из окна не ждите и, как обычно в районе Рамблы, бывает шумновато вечерами. В остальном - прекрасный вариант за свои деньги.

After coming from an 18-hour trip, we truly appreciated the early check-in and the lovely upgrade, it was the perfect welcome and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely ideal, especially as a pre-cruise stay, and being our first time in Barcelona, Ohla set the tone for our entire trip.
The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The cava and chocolates waiting in our room were such a sweet and thoughtful touch, but what touched us most was the handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary, it made the moment even more special. Thank you Iraia and Andrea.
Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. I have to give a special mention to the mini croissants, they were absolutely divine, melting in your mouth with every bite!
We would also like to especially mention Fatima from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive. She even prepared us some really good lattes, which made our mornings even better. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out!
We will absolutely book here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ohla Barcelona, for making our first visit to this beautiful city unforgettable!

Customer service/front desk were helpful but some employees need some improvement. Always remember that their guests are mostly tourists, asking the same questions.. I felt frustrations sometimes when they answered to some of questions/inquiries.. Overall, I will stay again in this hotel and can recommend it too.. Should I lower my expectations next time??

AAng_ieA Week in Barcelona — Staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port (Early February)
Spending a week in Barcelona in early February felt relaxed and unhurried, and staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port played a big part in that. Overall, it was a comfortable base with a few details that really stood out—both good and not so good.
I was very lucky with my room placement. My room faced the patio, which meant it stayed wonderfully quiet. The window didn’t look out onto the main street or neighboring buildings, and that made a big difference—especially at night. After long days out in the city, coming back to that calm felt like a small luxury.
The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was good and varied, with both cold and warm dishes, pastries, and a fresh orange juice extractor that felt especially fitting for Spain. It was easy to start the day well-fed without needing to think too much about it.
I also really appreciated the coworking space. It was pleasant and functional, and I found myself using it often. Having a comfortable place to sit and work without retreating to the room made the stay feel more balanced and productive.
The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and helpful. Interactions felt natural and unforced, which always makes a hotel feel more welcoming.
Location-wise, the hotel was very convenient. La Rambla was only about a 4–5 minute walk away, close enough to be easily accessible but far enough to avoid the constant noise. The surrounding area was lively in a good way, filled with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making daily life simple and flexible.
That said, there was one downside that was hard to ignore: the walls were thin. I could clearly hear the snoring/ coughing of the gentleman in the neighboring room, which definitely broke the illusion of privacy on some nights.
All in all, Hotel Serhs Del Port offered a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches and friendly service. A quieter room placement made a big difference—but thinner walls are something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Summary:
We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and that’s exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed.
Room:
Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests.
Cleanliness:
The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable.
Service:
The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Location:
The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient.
Facilities:
The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city.
Food and Drink:
We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out.
Value for Money:
The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities.
Tips/Recommendations:
This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer.
We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona.

Room is good size, with separated shower and toilet. Room attendant is very nice. We stayed 4 nights and may reserve it again if we’re going to Barcelona in the future.
The only downside is the elevator is a bit smaller.

PPengguna TetamuThis apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight.
The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table.
There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days!
The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros.
We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!
Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

DDara TanLocker is available for store luggages before check in time @ 2euro. Hotel is clean, staff is ok. Wall is thin like what other comments said but you can solve problem by your earphone. Bed is comfort, recommended. It is in walking distance to sagrada familla. About 30 mins far from airport, taxi cost will be around 50euro. Microwave is available at first floor and there is a coffee/bakery shop which open since 6.30am. Suitable for anyone who will leave hotel very early morning.
