AAaron CovarruviasNice hotel at a reasonable rate but you get what you pay for, nothing more. Staff is kinda friendly but does not seem to care much. Inconsistent wifi, hair dryer does not work (had to call twice to get one + had to go pick it up at the reception), and the water kettle in the room stopped working. Breakfast is as expected for this price with variety of baked goods and cold cuts as well as juices and coffee (economical quality). Walls are very thin, you can hear the neighboring rooms phone ring. Everywhere very clean tho. Well located!

PPengguna Tetamu比預期好很多！早班機九點多到了，房間已經準備好！ 前台Victoria小姐姐非常熱情，英語也很好，悉心解答各種疑惑包括包車去尼斯的各種事宜。但酒店的包車以及預約出租車有點貴（50%+的溢價vs市場，nice我自己包車400，酒店報600；去火車站uber 15，酒店收25…）這可能是唯一不太ok的點，但這是住宿外的附加服務，故本次評分沒有納入。 房間設施很新，內庭院非常安靜，我挺喜歡的。

PPengguna TetamuLovely modern aparthotel Very clean and modern style rooms with large walk in shower, memory foam bed made for comfortable sleeping and the bed being a full side instead of two singles pushed together was a bonus compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The tv had option to connect Netflix which we found to fit the style of the room. The reception team were friendly and very helpful. The lobby was unique and different, plenty space to lounge with an array of different chairs/ couches to enjoy while you wait with lots of available charging ports nearby too. There was a pool area with a sauna and hammam, this was an additional €10pp to use for an hour but very nice facilities to use. We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and it was worth the view however there was construction so we couldn’t open the window or have the curtains back to enjoy the view properly. However if we return we would book again and would recommend to stay here 😊

MMrs_TravelGreat hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.

JJethro.T非常棒的酒店！安全且舒適！地段非常好位於主街！離火車站步行就能到！另外一側延伸至海灣港口。不得不説這個城市非常熱鬧而且多元。 因為當時忘記買了早餐就去吃了…然後服務生有問我入住的房間沒有早餐。但是她説不必擔心，當作她請我的法式早餐！之後前台的先生也説不必付款這個費用。這位法國姐姐真的太nice了！這家店非常友好。

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel has an absolutely amazing breakfast, it was included with the price we paid for our three nights of stay but one can pay ten euros per person per day for it. TOTALLY worth it, there were two hot food, we thought it was Continental Breakfast but there was so much food, we didn't even need to have lunch. There is this machine where you squeeze your own orange juice and it was FUN as you actually DIY!!! So many bread and croissants, pain au chocolat ... there was also organic milk, all local organic jams/spreads and a very nice espresso or coffee machine you can get hot chocolate and Cafe au Lait! You can make your own hard/medium/soft boiled egg! The service was great, the man at the front desk was very helpful and introduced me to places in the Marseille region that I can visit nearby. Room was small but I didn't come to Marseille to stay in a hotel room, water in the shower was hot and wifi works well! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Marseille!!!

VVivian KempFirst time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again. I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left. Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did. Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.) Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
