The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!

Lovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am.

Hotel staff very friendly and shared us alot of information like where we can go around the town to visit. But the hotel itself it in a much quite area thus the security seem to be not so good.The lift need no key card to get around to any floor so overall the security could still be improve by the htl. We met a homeless guy that follow us into the htl when we choose to ignore him on the way back. Saw the staff speaking to him for awhile not exactly understand what they were talking about but anyway security need to be improved. Other than that the room was OK. With good heater that keep us warm. Location to Colmar strain St was a near 5 to 7 mines walk. Breakfast provided min choices but still a proper meal wz breads, eggs, cheese and free flow teas and coffee throughout the stay.

Not too far away from the Colmar train station, 15 mins walk is ok. Breakfast starts at 6 am, which is really good and appreciated..I was able to catch the early morning train after a nice breakfast at the hotel, great 👍 During my check-in, when I politely ask for any power adaptor that I can loan, the receptionist was not very willing to look for anything. She told me to come back later and request. A bad first impression on the courtesy from the hotel staff.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very central. The rooms are part of a restored old house, which gives the place a very charming and cozy atmosphere. I stayed in a top-floor room overlooking Little Italy; the view was fantastic, and I felt very comfortable even staying alone. Cleanliness, service, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The complimentary buy-one-get-one cocktail offered at check-in was also a nice touch. One thing to note is that the hotel charges around €20 for a transfer to the train station if they arrange a taxi. It’s more economical to use Uber or similar apps instead. I didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant, but the one at the entrance of Little Italy just across the street opens at 6:30 PM and serves very good food. There’s usually a line, and their cocktails are also excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and atmosphere.I was traveling solo, but I would especially recommend this hotel for couples.

I would give this hotel 1000/5.0!!! The best place I’ve stayed on this trip. The location is just right in front of the train station. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the room photos 😭😭 The room was big, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that the restroom and bathroom were separated and there was even a bathtub! The staff were really nice as well. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colmar ✨🩵 My favourite hotel of the year!

โรงแรมเดินจากสถานีรถไฟประมาณ 10 นาที อยู่เยื้องกับ Park สามารถเดินไปเมืองเก่าได้ไม่ไกล ห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก ไม่มีตู้เย็น ห้องน้ำกับห้องสุขาแยกกันแต่อยู่คนละฝั่งทำให้ไม่ค่อยสะดวก มีชากาแฟ น้ำดื่มบริการที่ lobby ตลอดวัน พนักงานบริการดี

To be fair, from the outside I didn’t expect too much of this hotel. But once inside, being helped by the friendly staff and experiencing the room, my opinion changed. No complaints whatsoever. Do keep in mind that the elevator is a bit small. Breakfast wasn’t the most luxurious, but it did have plenty of options. The hotel is also very conveniently located just outside the center of Colmar.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace. The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead. The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own. You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear. Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

Hotel di tengah-tengah, sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin tinggal berdekatan dengan tarikan utama! Hotel ”berciri”, jadi jangan mengharapkan kemodenan! Ia adalah penginapan yang bagus
