The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!

We stayed here right before Christmas holiday. The hotel is excellent value for money for high season. It’s slightly outside of the old town centre, but offers slightly bigger room, free parking and easy drive to town. There are also a lot of shops nearby for groceries or other shopping. The room offers all of the essentials, in addition with coffee machine, kettle and free bottles of water. We opted out for breakfast, so won’t comment on this.

To be fair, from the outside I didn’t expect too much of this hotel. But once inside, being helped by the friendly staff and experiencing the room, my opinion changed. No complaints whatsoever. Do keep in mind that the elevator is a bit small. Breakfast wasn’t the most luxurious, but it did have plenty of options. The hotel is also very conveniently located just outside the center of Colmar.

Good location. Bike storage available. Room was bigger than expected and included a small kitchen. Lots of plates and cutlery + dishwasher available. No oil, salt or pepper. But there is a supermarket in front of the hotel „Auchun“. Our room was in the older building of the hotel which is next to a big street. Our AC was not working during our stay. We let them know and they promised to fix it.

The hotel is just a little walk away from the main area but is really worth to enjoy the tranquility. Rooms and decor are all brand new. Highly reccomend

Positiv: Der Empfang war super freundlich und es wurde immer direkt geholfen und es war ein 1A Service, Die Lage vom Hotel finde ich als gut man ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Altstadt. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es liegt direkt an der Straße was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Besonderst gut ist der kostenlose Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, das Tor wird spät abends verschlossen. Das ist echt klasse. Ich großen und ganzen habe ich mir hier sehr wohl gefühlt und war zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, die Ausstattung war gut, Bett fand ich super das Zimmer war sauber. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und ausreichend für das was man bezahlt bekommt man sehr gutes geboten. Was wir nicht so gut fanden : im Bad das Duschgel war Tage leer wurde nicht nachgefüllt sowie die servierten Tücher wo leer waren im Bad. - bei Ankunft war das Deko oder Zusatz Kissen mit mehrer flecken versehen und war nicht frisch und im Bett der fußschutz waren weiße dicke Flecken das sah nicht so schön aus und macht als erst Eindruck keinen so schönen Eindruck. Sowas hätte das Reinigungsteam sehen müssen da es direkt ins Auge gestoßen ist. -Klimaanlage ist um die Jahreszeit ausgeschaltet. -kein Mini Kühlschrank das wäre schön gewesen und hätte alles noch mehr aufgewertet. Für das Geld wo wir gebucht haben würde ich das Hotel empfehlen und ich würde wieder kommen. Es war ein super Aufenthalt und ein schönes 3 Sterne Hotel in dem man sich wohl fühlen kann.

Hotel di tengah-tengah, sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin tinggal berdekatan dengan tarikan utama! Hotel ”berciri”, jadi jangan mengharapkan kemodenan! Ia adalah penginapan yang bagus

ไปช่วงงานตลาดคริตส์มาสที่ Colmar เป็นคืนก่อนวันสุดท้าย ที่พักบริเวณ Colmar ค่อนข้างสูง เลยมองหาที่ออกมาหน่อย เจอที่นี่ราคาถูกสุดในช่วงนั้น แต่สูงกว่าตอนปกติเท่าตัวเหมือนกัน ที่พักเหมาะกับการขับรถเท่านั้น เนื่องจากไม่ได้อยู่ติดถนน แต่ถ้าขับรถมาถือว่าเป็นที่พักที่แนะนำ ขับไม่ไกลจาก Colmar เลย มีขนมขิงแจกให้ฟรีในห้องด้วย ที่ส่วนกลางมีเตาไมโครเวฟให้ใช้ได้ ความสะอาดภาพรวมถือว่าดี ที่จอดรถเพียงพอ ติดอยู่อย่างเดียวคือ เวลาเช็คเอ้าท์ คือ 11โมง แต่แม่บ้านมาเคาะตอน 9โมง เราก็บอกว่ายังไม่เช็คเอ้าท์ สักพักก็เคาะอีก 10โมงก็เคาะแล้วจะเอาคีย์การ์ดเปิดมาเลย ทั้งๆที่ยังไม่ได้เช็คเอ้าท์ จนเราคิดว่าเข้าใจเวลาผิด เลยขนของลงมาทั้งๆที่ยังแต่งตัวไม่เสร็จดี มาบอกพนักงานข้างล่าง เค้าก็แค่รับฟังแล้วบอกว่าให้แขวนป้ายห้ามรบกวน ขนของมาหมดแล้วก็เลยไม่ขึ้นไปแล้ว ซึ่งเราบอกแม่บ้านเอง 2-3รอบแล้ว ก็ยังพยายามจะเข้ามาให้ได้ ที่ไม่เข้าใจคือตรงนี้

Great hotel. Decent room for Solo travellers. Only 20mins walk to the Centre of Colmar. Professional service. Helpful staff, especially Leon and Catarin. Delicious breakfast. Pancakes were lovely. Uber is essential to travel to the Strasbourg Airport, cheaper than local taxi. Keep up the good work.🙏❤️

15 minuti di macchina per arrivare Colmar molto comodo . Pulizia ottima e camera piccola ma molto accogliente . Mi sono trovata benissimo . Se torno soggiornerò ancora lì .
