PPengguna TetamuAll the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude.
That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!”
I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me.
I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that.
I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent.

SSara BaunEverything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special.
We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuThe apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport.
The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room.
Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus.
Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us.
Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building.
It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

PPengguna TetamuI had lovely stay at Staybridge Cannes. This is my 2nd time. Hotel is new, beautiful, with everything I need. Location close to train station and shops. Breakfast is great! Breakfast staff, led by Othman, is super helpful and create wonderful spread every day. 5-stars, well deserved.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is literally next door to Cannes train station. Although Cannes is a small city, you don't really need to be that close to the train station, as the main shopping streets and beach is walkable from the station in 20 mins.
We made use of the lounge on the top floor and terrace during our stay. Staff were very welcoming even on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and still use facilities even after we had checked out.
The continental breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with cereals, breads and cold meats.

The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you.
Unstable and slow Wi Fi.
I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment.

PPengguna TetamuLe personnel est serviable, sourriant est tres aimable ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le parking souterrsin et très pratique et très apprécié. Le seul bémol à nos yeux, c est le manque total d isolation des fenêtres. Dans notre chambre (302) il y avait un peu de jour entre le joint de la fenêtre et le mur, du coup nous avions l impression qu elle était ouverte. Nous entendions le bruit de la rue la même chose, heureusement, ce n est pas une rue trop bruyante. Le robinet du lavabo est un peu court pour arriver à mettre les mains dessous, mais il y a tout ce qu 'il faut dans la salle de bain. Nous reviendrons dans votre établissement et nous le conseillerons même à nos amis. Qualité prix excellent, en tout cas pour la période ou nous sommes venu. Merci
