PPengguna TetamuI had lovely stay at Staybridge Cannes. This is my 2nd time. Hotel is new, beautiful, with everything I need. Location close to train station and shops. Breakfast is great! Breakfast staff, led by Othman, is super helpful and create wonderful spread every day. 5-stars, well deserved.

SSara BaunEverything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special.
We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuAll the other staff were very kind, and the room was very well maintained, so thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay in Cannes. However, I had one unpleasant experience. The female staff member in charge of breakfast was extremely rude.
That morning, I had purchased some bread and, since it was quite large, I wanted to ask if it could be shared with other guests having breakfast. (It was freshly bought that morning, completely new.) However, she seemed to misunderstand and thought I was asking if I could eat the bread on the terrace. Without listening to me at all, she simply said “No!”
I understand that she might not have wanted it or could have refused to share, and I also understand that outside food might be a sensitive issue. But her reaction was far too rude. When I tried to explain (using a translator) that I wasn’t trying to eat it myself, but only wanted to offer it to others, she didn’t listen and asked me to leave the terrace. It was so unreasonable, and this incident negatively affected my mood for the rest of the trip. Even when I returned to the hotel, she ignored me.
I just want to clarify that my frustration wasn’t because my offer of the bread was refused. Even if she had simply said, “Sorry, we have plenty of bread, it’s okay,” I would not have felt upset at all. Of course, I would have respected that.
I feel it’s unreasonable that guests should have to be cautious of this staff member’s attitude. If it weren’t for her, the hotel experience would have been excellent.

PPengguna TetamuНачну сразу с того, что до 5 звёзд отелю не хватило удобного расположения розеток по бокам от кровати (одна была у кровати, а другая около входа). Вроде мелочь, а было очень неудобно вдвоём.
В остальном отельчик хороший. Было тепло в номере, постоянно работал кондиционер на обогрев. Номер был чистый , как на фото в интернете.
Ванная была новая, со свежим ремонтом. Нам положили дополнительные средства гигиены.
В отеле есть лестница и лифт. Чтобы пройти к номерам надо пройти через зал завтраков и подняться на другой лестнице выше.
Консьерж обычно сидит в комнате с завтраками, но как тол ко кто-то приходит - сразу подходит ко входу. Очень вежливые все, мы смогли оставит сумки на ресепшн после выселения. При заезде попросили документ - приняли права водительские вместо паспорта без проблем.
Я попросила номер с балконом, но его не было как нам сказали, но нам достался французский балкон - красивый !!!
Вид был на город, хороший.

Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
