Hotel berhampiran Jalan Buchanan, Glasgow

Hotel ini sangat sempurna, daripada kakitangan penerimaan tetamu yang ramah semasa ketibaan hinggalah sarapan pagi keesokan paginya. Biliknya bersih, tidak baharu dan berkilauan, tetapi dihias dengan penuh cita rasa dengan peralatan, kelengkapan dan perabot yang berkualiti dan terjaga rapi. Semua keperluan asas, katil, pancuran mandian, tandas dan besen berfungsi dan berfungsi dengan cemerlang. Cadar, sarung, cadar dan bantal bersih, segar, dan tilamnya sangat selesa. Luas ruang gantung, seterika dan papan, pengering rambut dan peti sejuk. Bersih sempurna. Perkhidmatan untuk sarapan pagi sangat cekap untuk sebuah hotel besar. The room is nice, clean and cozy. Good for solo traveler cuz I’m afraid of staying in massive room just by myself. Breakfast is alright continental breakfast you can expect. Gym you cannot expect too much. But being able to watch live football in the lobby is a vibe during World Cup period.

What a warm welcome we always receive at this hotel hundred percent welcome and excellent members of staff . Good food.set up is very accommodating. Pool facilities so relaxing.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and car parking just down the road was no trouble for us at all. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious and we would definitely stay here again.

Kami mendapati sukar untuk memandu dan mencari hotel. Ini disebabkan oleh lencongan jalan. Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangannya membantu dalam membimbing kami. Sarapan pagi yang sedap.

Booked it as we were attending a concert. Man on reception was so lovely and cheery. Made us feel immediately at ease. Breakfast was fantastic - quiet and plenty of food. A very chilled vibe! Would definitely book here again next time we are in Glasgow!

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful as we got a twin room instead of a double. This was fixed as soon as housekeeping started and again super friendly and prompt. How ever the room it self was cold during the night. Bed a was not the must comfy once.

We stayed during Christmas season and there was a Xmas market next door. The hotel is spacious and all the necessary facilities, including kitchen and washing machine are provided.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and booked a taxi for us early in the morning to the airport and checked to see if recent roadworks were finished. The room was great and restaurant had lovely meals. This is a great place to stay in Glasgow.

Booked a twin room but requested for a double bed if available. Given a room for disabled, whice had no furniture AT ALL, except the bed. No side tablets even. Window pane was fixed. There's no ventilation from the room as pane is f8xed and to get to your room you’ll have to pass through a series of fire doors. Air inside is trapped from ages. I developed nasal congestion due to this. On top of this, we were charged with 5 GBP for keeping luggage in storage before check in. I don't recommend booking this hotel.
