Ssoph.iasuch a lovely hotel with amazing staff, very helpful and incredibly friendly and welcoming. as goes for cleanliness it was definitely clean however there were just a few areas that needed a little more attention as me and my partner found dirty handprints on the shower screen, a very small stain on the bed after it had been made up by housekeeping as well as hair and markings/dirt left on the side of the bath. These weren’t really massive issues for me and my partner as it wasn’t really that noticeable and can be easily overlooked. We notified the wonderful lady on reception at check out (Rachel) of these issues, not so much as a complaint but just really for next people in our room who could potentially be less understandable. She went to investigate our room personally immediately after we left and apologised profusely as well as offering us to be upgraded to one of their executive suites next time we stayed at no extra cost from the standard room rate as way to apologise. Honestly was so such a wonderful stay though and had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend to other travellers :)

PPengguna TetamuThe staff and service provided was top tier. Lee and Abhir were very friendly and supportive with any needs.
The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to many places or easy to catch public transport.
Amenities provided were great. Only think I'd add is some wooden spatulas as opposed to metal as the pan provided is non stick so pan was scratched up from the metal utensils provided. Again this is a very minor issue majority of the experience was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location, very close to St. Pancras, King’s Cross, and Euston stations. The hotel was very clean and having a Café Nero inside was a nice convenience.
However, you need to pay close attention when booking the room type. Some rooms are advertised for two people, but in reality they are extremely small, with barely enough space for luggage. Unfortunately, I made that mistake with my reservation. In my opinion, that particular room was more suitable for one person rather than two travelers with luggage.Great location, very close to St. Pancras, King’s Cross, and Euston stations. The hotel was very clean and having a Café Nero inside was a nice convenience.

MM.AshalThe reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated.
However the room itself wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you don’t get lots of space and for 1 night you don’t need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about.
The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room.
Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap.
Minor point but the pillows and duvet didn’t feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thicker…
Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all that’s really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag.
I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they can’t really do anything about the room sizes.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is a bit dated but it’s clean in general. We had the buffet breakfast and it was good value and have variety of food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and we felt so welcoming.
We parked our car at the hotel car park overnight, we didn’t book directly with them but with APOCA as it’s cheaper. Would be better if there’s a barrier or security guard on site. Also if there’s charging port for electric cars, but there’s a Tesco nearby which is about 8 minutes drive, they have fast charger so you can shop while your car is being charged.
Great location; The hotel is just outside the congestion zone and 5 minutes walk to the nearest underground station and high street shops too.

PPengguna TetamuKecuali Restoran, yang menyajikan makanan asli Malaysia kerana kami berasal dari sana. Bilik-bilik hotel sangat teruk dan katilnya terlalu kecil untuk 2 orang. Dalam pengalaman lalu saya, saya masih belum menemui hotel yang begitu teruk dengan lebar koridor yang sangat kecil, dan lifnya sangat-sangat teruk. Namun, penginapan saya di sini sebenarnya membolehkan saya berkenalan dengan seorang pelayan di restoran bernama Sally (harap-harap saya telah menamakannya dengan betul). Dia sebenarnya sangat peramah sehinggakan dompet saya, saya percaya telah dicopet , kata-kata penghiburannya membuat hari saya. Pasti akan kembali ke Restoran tetapi tidak lagi tinggal di hotel lagi walaupun Ctrip membayar bagi pihak saya.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

MMr. Alex2045This is London Central Hotel 10min walk to Hyde Park, to Paddington Station and just 2 subway stations to Oxford Street. Hotel is in a classic victorian building with a very tricky and over efficient space utilisation, very narrow corridors, but overall quite comfortable, without moisture or odours.
