Hotel berhampiran Stesen MRT ASEAN, Kota Jakarta Selatan

2night stay at Discovery SCDB to attend a conference in Jakarta. Booked a twin share room and this was the most unique and well designed twin-share room I have ever stayed in! 2 beds but with a separator and individual amenities for each person! 2 of almost everything including desk, TV, wardrobe & even separate wash basins! Room was clean. Wifi was stable and fairly fast. Morning breakfast was booked inclusive and is a free-flow ala-carte breakfast ordered from their menu. Food was tasty and the restaurant ambience and service was excellent. Check-in was very straightforward and staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly, spoke good English. Location was excellent right in the middle of the CBD next to a huge shopping mall Pacific Place. Overall an excellent stay. Will definitely return when next there. Highly recommended.

Kami menginap di Suite Eksekutif di Citadines dan sangat menikmati masa kami di sana. Pemandangan latar langit sangat indah, terutamanya pada waktu malam, dan suite ini luas, moden, dan sangat selesa. Apabila TV pintar kami berhenti berfungsi, kakitangan segera bertindak balas dan membawakan kami TV baharu dalam masa yang sangat singkat, yang sangat mengagumkan. Disebabkan betapa selesanya semuanya, kami akhirnya melanjutkan penginapan kami selama dua minggu lagi. Perkhidmatan yang hebat, pemandangan yang hebat, dan pengalaman keseluruhan yang sangat baik. Kami dengan senang hati akan menginap di sini lagi.

Kakitangan hotel sangat peramah dan perkhidmatan yang diberikan memang tiptop! Lokasinya strategik dan mudah untuk ke mana-mana. Aspek keselamatan pun sangat memuaskan, setiap kenderaan dan individu yang masuk ke hotel akan diperiksa. Sarapan pagi yang disediakan pun pelbagai dan sedap. Memang sangat berbaloi dan amat disyorkan!

Ini adalah penginapan yang selalu saya gunakan apabila berkunjung ke Jakarta. Kemudahannya bagus untuk harga, dan kakitangannya ramah. Sarapan pagi juga hebat.

Nginep kesini pas lagi ulang tahunnya Favehotel Melawai dapat souvenir cantik pas check in, kamar bersih pelayanannya juga oke, akan kembali lagi nanti kesini..

This is my second stay at Artotel Casa Kuningan, and no doubt the location of the hotel and hotel breakfast remains the main advantages of this hotel if you're looking for a place to explore Kemang/Kuningan/or even to Grand Indonesia less traffic jam from this hotel. However, during this booking, what fell short was the service that rendered us speechless. We arrive at the hotel early at 10:00a.m. as we took an early flight, well aware that the hotel check-in is only at 14:00p.m. Hence, we registered our names and confirm our booking and was told that the room will be ready by 14:00p.m. So we left our luggages and went to have lunch and shopping at the malls. We reached back at 15:00p.m. and saw a different atmosphere at the reception. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting for their rooms, so since I have already registered earlier at 10a.m., I kindly ask the receptionist if my room is already check. They say wait awhile, will check. And seeing the faces of the other guests waiting at the lobby, I felt something was definitely off. And I waited until 15:20p.m. with no updates given from the staff with regards to the status of my check in, they all seemed frantic at their computers. Finally at 15:30p.m., I got the keys to my room but with no explanation on why was there this delay, 1hr30mins after the supposed check in timing and moreover, 5 hours after I have registered my name for my check in process. To note, there was a wedding reception in the hotel on that day. This may have made the check in process much delayed, but not valid for guests to be treated this way as the wedding reception date should have been known well before and hotel management should have planned the manpower resources accordingly. Additionally, the comfort of my stay was much interrupted too, as this time I was put to a room at level 3. Loud noises from the night bar could be heard very clearly from our rooms and it continued to midnight. Not only music noise, we can hear ladies heels stomping from above and this loud stomping made it worse to our inability to have a comfortable rest at night. Something needs to be solved with regards to the noise pollution heard from level 3 rooms. I have a video that could here the loud stomping from our rooms, but could not upload here. In short, avoid level 3, and their service can be better to uphold the standard since they first opened. Hotel breakfast remains amazing with a nice pool and yakult/juices.

Untuk daftar masuk dan daftar keluar cepat. Biliknya agak besar untuk kelasnya. Kami berada di tingkat 37 dengan 3br. Sepatutnya 4 orang tapi boleh muat lebih, kebetulan kami 7 orang sayang tak ada dispenser, hanya 4 botol 600ml Aqua yang diberi. Untuk tikar bilik mandi, anda perlu meminta ia dihantar. Tiada microwave pun. Mungkin anda perlu memintanya. Tiada pengering rambut untuk bilik mandi. Kolam renangnya agak bagus dan besar dengan pemandangan yang sejuk, ketika kami berenang ia tenang jadi kami mempunyai lebih banyak kebebasan untuk berenang. Malangnya tiada tuala kolam jadi berlumpur apabila masuk ke lobi dan lif. Terdapat pelbagai jenis untuk sarapan pagi. Dan sentiasa tambah lagi bila dah habis.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
