It's a new hotel that, on the surface, looks like a decent option. My personal experience wasn't great. There was hammering/drilling every morning at 9am. The fitness room was being renovated - there was no mention of this when booking. The Pillows in the room were one type and was causing me neck pain, when I asked if they had any other pillows, I wss told there's only 1 type. The location is terrible - there is gridlock traffic outside the hotel and I would advise you to book an uber at least 20 mins earlier than you need it as it will invariably arrive late. I would not stay here again mainly because of the issues with the location. All my other complaints, could be improved upon if the hotel management wants to.

Замечательный , чистый и красивый отель . В отеле хорошие номера , отличный ресторан , завтрак . Персонал вежливый , отзывчивый . В отличии от центра Нью-Дели тут гораздо тише . Очень цивильно . Рядом много лавочек и мини магазинов. В номерах чисто , все работает без перебоев . Удобная большая кровать . Полностью соответствует заявленным характеристикам на сайте .

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

飯店的服務態度尚可，前台的工作人員很友善但是辦理checkin checkout 的效率很差，在前面沒有任何人排隊的情況下還是等了超過15分鐘才完成手續 房間設施非常好，乾淨整潔而且天花板還有挑高，對得起印度五星飯店的品質 住宿地點在一條十分熱鬧的大街上，不管白天夜晚都會嚴重塞車，如果是趕時間的人請務必注意

The overall experience was pleasant and most of the staff are cooperative. We reached the hotel around 9:30 am but they still allowed an early check-in which was a good gesture. They were flexible with the requirements of our food also so we really enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent stay at Saket 27, and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in India. The location is fantastic, especially if you need to be around South Delhi. It’s conveniently close to the mall and Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well maintained, and it truly meets international standards in terms of comfort and service. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the overall environment is calm and welcoming. My experience from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality hotel in Delhi, I would highly recommend Hotel Saket 27. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return. 😊

PPengguna TetamuI had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel, Delhi with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, and it has truly been the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the entire team made us feel like family. Every staff member is courteous, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The front desk is always welcoming with a smile, and I’ll especially remember Aijaz, who greeted us so kindly, and the GM, Prachi, who personally extended her warmth. Housekeeping, security, restaurant staff and every single person here has a helping mentality that sets this property apart. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; spacious, beautifully maintained, full of thoughtful amenities, and carrying a fragrance that instantly makes you feel at home. We had a luggage room, a drawing room, and a wonderfully decorated washroom. The welcome fruits and cakes were such a delightful surprise, something very few hotels still practice. There was even a little cutey bed prepared just for our daughter, which melted our hearts. What touched us most, were the gestures for our little girl. Housekeeping left her personalized cushions and adorable plush toys; ‘act of kindness’ that go far beyond duty. Seeing her cuddle up with a cushion embroidered with her name, and play with the toys thoughtfully arranged on her bed, was pure magic. These are the kind of memories we’ll treasure forever, and I’ll make sure she knows how dearly she was cared for here when she grows older. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Executive Chef Jashan Arora is beyond my praising capacity, a beautiful mind whose generosity and care cannot be overstated. Jashan even stood there during our departure, a gesture that shows the depth of his character and the heart he puts into his work. He personally ensured that our baby’s meals were made exactly how we wanted, often even better, and the dinners we had were delicious. The buffet breakfast was served alongside a green lawn where I had morning walks with my daughter, a picture-perfect start to each day. This heritage property itself is breathtaking. Maidens Hotel has preserved its timeless architecture and charm so beautifully that every corner feels picturesque, walking through it is like stepping back into history, yet with every modern comfort in place. There is truly nothing I can complain about here. If anything, my only regret is that I couldn’t do anything for the people who made our stay so memorable. To Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else, you have my heartfelt gratitude. This hotel has set a standard that others should learn from. It is, without doubt, the best hotel I have stayed in, and I look forward to returning again. Until then, I’ll miss you all dearly.

We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. Well done ji 🙏

Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.

DDhanesh SharmaI recently stayed at The Lalit New Delhi and had a fantastic experience. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, as it is incredibly convenient for attending events at the Indira Gandhi Arena. It saved me a lot of travel time and hassle. The property itself is grand and very well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city—it felt like a proper luxury experience. I was also impressed with the breakfast spread; there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury in central Delhi.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is a good option for traveling passengers not far from the airport. Besides there is a big plus that the hotel provides free transportation to the airport terminal. The personnel is attentive and provided me upon my request the portable heater and helped with the copies of passport. Of course not a renowned chain hotel but with its price I believe it is a good place with good breakfast.

SsliceoflifeHotel is close to the airport, room was really acceptable with hot water shower, but the room was a little cold. I asked them to arrange taxi pick up, and the taxi was a little rude asking why I don't just take a taxi already at the airport. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for both taxi and room but I was too tired to argue with them (taxi should be 200, I paid 800, room should have been 1650 rupees, but in total I paid 3500 inc taxes).

IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again.
