Hotel berhampiran Vaillant Palace, Genoa

My stay at Hotel Bristol Palace was truly delightful. The hotel is exceptionally elegant, with stunning classic decoration that gives it a timeless charm. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The staff were highly professional—polite, attentive, and genuinely insightful in offering recommendations and local information, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety and quality to start the day right. A refined and comfortable stay—I would absolutely return.

Perfect location, just a few minutes from the train station and metro. The building is beautiful and inside the place is beautifully decorated, rooms too. The staff super personal, delightful and very helpful.Really recommend.

Hotel has lots of charm Room was excellent, once we got the room we paid for Tried to give us a lesser room until I showed them our room picture (Beware) Location is great for the train station to go places Restaurants limited nearby Hotel has only breakfast !!!!! Not even allowed to bring a cake back to have with afternoon coffee( totally stupid) Therefore we would not return 1, the elevator 2, the lack of service after breakfast (which is good)

The hotel room is very clean and spacey. Classy and modern interior designs. 5 min walk from Brignole station, surroundings feel very safe, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is powerful so the rooms are very cool in summer. Quiet at night I sleep very well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for both leisure and family travelers.

This hotel was supposed to be a 4-star, but when I got there, they said they upgraded me to their 5-star place because of some change in plans. So, what I'm writing about is the 5-star hotel, and I'm totally grateful for the upgrade! The hotel, even though it was old, was super clean and had awesome services like massages and personal stuff. My room was pretty big, the bed was clean and comfy, and breakfast was amazing. The only issue was they said there was private parking, but they just parked my car in the lot next door and charged me 30 euros for one night until morning. The parking fee wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Arrived with my handicap husband to the hotel. The door man just looks at me taking all off from the car. I bring the cart to take the luggGe and bring it inside - still he looks at me - no help what so ever even when the reception saw me -  still no help  The room in a very low maintenance- sticky floor and poor bath  The parking at the hotel cost 20 euros per day  We’ve just wanted to leave as soon … so from me not recommendation - mostly because of their attitude !

Очень удобно расположен рядом с вокзалом, идти было близко. Завтрак простой, но есть выбор : йогурт, круассаны, сыр, фрукты. Достаточно полотенец, единственное - пол достаточно прохладный , нужно ходить в тапочках.

The location is really convenient for anyone traveling by train, but the only problem is the environment does not look very safe around. But the staff are so nice and patient. Really appreciate their help and guidance for my trip in Genova.
