SSADASSIVAMVery close to the train station, about 40 meters. Room is very clean, hotel is old like the other hotels around but the bathrooms have been recently renovated hence it's modern and shiny

PPengguna TetamuThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

KKen888Great location right next to the train station and underground. Great breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town. The only slight comment is the size of the room is a bit small.

MMartyna | wisebasiStayed at the hotel for two nights and it was super convenient! The place just few steps away from the train station which makes it easier when you travel with a bigger luggage.

EevikuThe hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

RRHB_ThuDas Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Hafeneinfahrt und ist ideal von dort auf eine Fähre zu gehen. 10 Minuten Fahrt vom Parkplatz bis zur Hafeneinfahrt. Ausserdem hat das Hotel einen offenen Parkplatz am 3. Stock für größere Fahrzeuge. Ein MB Sprinter H2L2 kommt knapp durch die enge Einfahrt. Das Hotel ist sauber, der Service sehr gut. Buchen sollte man über IHG direkt. Das Frühstück für 16€ ist sein Geld wert. Der Parkplatz kostet pro Nacht ebenfalls 16€.

PPengguna TetamuWe were freezing in our room air come did not work properly and only received a bed sheet on our bed!! Breakfast and coffee was the worst I had in years big shame for Italy!!! Would not recommend paying for it
