Hotel berhampiran Gereja Kecil Brancacci, Florence

The check out time was at 10 am instead of 12:00 like in other normal hotels. The breakfast was served in the room: very limited choice, only croissant 🥐, coffee and yogurt. The shower was leacking in the bathroom: while you are taking a shower, the whole bathroom is full of water in the floor. We asked to check-out at least at 11:00 am but we were told no, so we had to check-out at 10 am which is absolutely inconvenient. Though it was a big terrace, and the room was quite big.

Wonderful stay in this hotel again! Very comfortable room, a great variety of choices for the breakfast, located in the center of Florence close to all places to see and visit! Definitely would love to come back again in the future!

Place is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional. Loved it. PS I am not selfie, photo ******. Regretted not taking pictures as it is really beautiful.

Отдыхали с 10-го по 15 мая 2024. Квартира расположена прямо у Понте Веккио. В самом центре Флоренции. В 5-ти минутах ходьбы от Галереи Уфицци, Палаццо Пити, садов Боболи и т.д. Квартира находится в историческом центре подъехать на машине к ней нельзя (либо придется ставить машину в дорогом паркинге). Если приехали на машине, то лучше поставить ее в предместье Флоренции (например в Галлуццио на бесплатной парковке на площади Piazza Don Pietro Puliti и доехать до квартиры на 11 автобусе до Арно (ходит каждые 20 мин до полуночи), а далее дойти пешком до квартиры за 5-7 минут). В квартире с комфортом могут расположиться 3 человека (для 4-го человека можно попросить дополнительную кровать, т.к. механизм для раскладывания дивана в гостинной был сломан, но сидеть на диване комфортно). В квартире нет кондиционера (для летнего отдыха это может быть критично). Иногда бывает шумно (когда мимо окон проносятся мотоциклисты). Есть еще нюанс с ванной комнатой. Вход в ванную (в квартире 1 с/у) есть из двух спален (ванная проходная), но ключей нет. Мы громко кричали ”ЗАНЯТО” :))В один из дней с потолка закапала вода. Мы сообщили об этом хозяевам, но ждать мастера отказались и поставили ведро (этого вплоне было достаточно). В квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха (тарелки, кастрюли, приборы, бокалы и т.д.). На мой взгляд, при таких нюансах, квартира немного дороговата (за 5 ночей мы заплатили 94 000 руб, это примерно 900 евро), но дешевле мы найти не смогли. В целом квартира неплохая для недельного отдыха подходит.

We had a fabulous stay in Florence and the hotel’s location near the train station was fantastic both for when we arrived and departed (by train) but also for the three different tours we went on. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family, the breakfast was substantial with plenty of options, and the tiny lollies at the front desk were a sweet bonus. Would definitely recommend!

I traveled as a solo female traveler, and unfortunately, only one out of three nights was peaceful. I want to warn others about several management and safety issues I encountered here. On Trip.com, only mixed dorms were available.The platform lists two types of 6-bed dorms: one explicitly labeled 'Mixed Gender' (which I booked) and another generic '6-Bed Dormitory Room' without any gender indication. Since there was no 'Female-only' option, I assumed these were essentially the same thing. I ended up alone in a room with three men, which felt quite unsafe and intimidating. My sleep was constantly interrupted by loud neighbors and the person in the bunk below me shaking the bed all night When I requested a move to a female dorm or a more balanced mixed room the next morning, the staff was unhelpful. They claimed they couldn't move me because I hadn't booked through their website, even though female beds were available!! They initially demanded I pay the full price again for the next two nights. After contacting Trip.com support, the hostel still refused to cooperate. Eventually, a more reasonable receptionist helped resolve the issue peacefully. On my last night, a large group of school students arrived. They were incredibly loud, and it took over an hour after ”quiet hours” began for teachers and staff to finally calm them down. Be aware of this. Cleanliness: Rooms are relatively clean. Self-Service: You must make your own bed, which is very difficult if you are assigned a top bunk. Extra Costs: Towels are not included and cost 1.9€. Payment: They are strictly card-only. Pros: There is free hot water at reception, a luggage room, and the location is conveniently close to the Campo di Marte station. If you are a solo female traveler, be aware that management might prioritize profit over your safety and comfort :)

El check in fuera del horario indicado eS en otra dirección (cercana) recomiendo llamar y listo. La habitación contaba con un toallero que seca la ropa y una pava eléctrica (muy útil ambos). Lo mejor es el conserje! Gracias 😌
