Hotel berhampiran Muzium Kereta, Turin

"Hotel molto accogliente e ben arredato e tenuto. Camera molto ampia e con ogni dotazione. Personale professionale e veloce.

"Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm."

"Hotel was great! The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe. It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets. I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center. But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!"

"Very beautiful and nice hotel, huge rooms with big windows, the view could be better Very average breakfast and gym"

"Convenient location. Less than 10mins walk to Egyptian museum and royal palace of Turin. Absolutely delicious breakfast. Staff is helpful and very welcoming."

"Excellent location Extremely attentive employees could not have expected more especially when I had problems with charging my IT devices"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Has got that old world charm in the hotel, very quite would stay again. Recommend American bar for a drink before dinner."

"Good location near Torino Porta Nuova station and surrounded by nice restaurants. Not too far from the city center either, a walkable distance. Nice common area with a kitchen, lots of tables, comfy couches, ping pong table, guitar etc. Nice that they have a water dispenser, even for sparkling water. The room was generally clean and spacious, nice that a whole set of towels are included in the price, which was not the case at another hostel I stayed in Bologna (there was an extra charge). They could do with more hangers and places to actually hang the hangers though. Another thing that was slightly inconvenient was that the attic room is not accessible by the lift, you still have to lug your luggage up a last bit of stairs and the door opens outward so that makes it even harder to bring the luggage in."
