"Overall, our stay at Hotel Master in Torino was very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was quite good. The bed was comfortable, and we had a restful sleep. A nice experience overall!"

"Better make a reservation with travel agency than with this 🏨 directly. Some Italian female receptionists there are dishonest. She says she offers me a good , discounted price for the room if I book it with her directly. Later I find out she charges more. Room is outdated but if the rate is under 50 euro per night, it is worth a try for a short period of stay"

"Overall, the hotel was very good. It is located far from the historic center, but it is easy to get around by public transportation. The room was a bit little and not so clean. The breakfast buffet should change a bit between days, as it gets boring after eating the same thing for several days."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to metro stations, making the city center easily accessible in a short amount of time. Our room was also clean and well maintained. The young gentleman who welcomed us at the reception was exceptionally polite and friendly.
The only inconvenience we experienced was that early check-in before 3:00 p.m. was not available, even for an additional fee. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we had to endure the high June temperatures until check-in time. To make matters worse, there was a demonstration that had disrupted the city's bus and tram services that day, leaving us with no choice but to spend several hours walking around in the heat to reach the metro stations."

"It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying ” si si on the table” and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question
all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino"

Menakjubkan
PPengguna TetamuGood location near Torino Porta Nuova station and surrounded by nice restaurants. Not too far from the city center either, a walkable distance. Nice common area with a kitchen, lots of tables, comfy couches, ping pong table, guitar etc. Nice that they have a water dispenser, even for sparkling water. The room was generally clean and spacious, nice that a whole set of towels are included in the price, which was not the case at another hostel I stayed in Bologna (there was an extra charge). They could do with more hangers and places to actually hang the hangers though. Another thing that was slightly inconvenient was that the attic room is not accessible by the lift, you still have to lug your luggage up a last bit of stairs and the door opens outward so that makes it even harder to bring the luggage in.

Menakjubkan
PPengguna TetamuGreat apartment/airbnb style accommodation. There isn’t a manned reception or someone onsite to help. Everything is managed through WhatsApp. This did cause us a bit of worry but they communication was clear and easy to follow. The accommodation was lovely and had everything you’d need. Clean and very comfortable after a day sight seeing.
Close to amenities. Use of the luggage storage is a must as there is no where to leave your luggage.

前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。 I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all.

PPengguna TetamuHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

PPengguna TetamuHotel was great!
The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

KKGB77Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport.
The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

WWutLeeValue-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
6.6/10
SSonofEzraThe hotel has a lovely atmosphere; however, the facilities were below expectations for a 4-star property. The floor was not clean, the room was very basic and there were no refreshments available, such as tea, coffee or water. The hot water and shower pressure could also be improved. While I appreciated the design and the breakfast (with the exception of the eggs, which were inconsistent in quality), the layout is not ideal for blind guests, as there are several hazardous corners. That said, the cappuccino was excellent and the waiter was very pleasant.
