PPengguna TetamuThe space of the sleeping area was good and enough to let me have comfortable rest and sleep. There was individual wardrobe and TV inside each cube. Kitchen area was a little small, with only microwave and hot water were available. Shower room and powder room area were looking like the one at a public bath. But the whole facility was clean.
With close walking distance to the shizuoka train station, it was easy to get amenities as convenience stores, restaurants, and supermarket was right there at the train station.
I would be staying there again given a chance to visit shizuoka in the future.

Hotel Accasia Shizuoka is big Classic Old style hotel consists of many restaurants and Banquet facilities
Breakfast serving miso soup, udon be able to warm by yourself, rice with curry, Fresh Salad with various dressing, sausage , bread and butter and ice matcha unlimited.
Don’t miss sweet one… Pudding Accasia style 🥰
Our in room is OK only one such as very soft bed is not suitable for healthy lovers. Room view not good
Possibly we have stayed in lower floor #523
Anyway, happy to stay caused by very good location
Not only very close to JR Shizuoka, restaurants in Parches building , Asty , and City Bus stations etc.

Eelynn_ylStayed two night at this lovely hotel. Staff at the reception were really patient and warm during check in and checkout. On my first night during check in, the lady was exceptionally helpful and patient with my queries, and helped me with the process of takkubin! My room has a panoramic view of the city with Mt Fuji at the background! Bed was comfortable.Breakfast spread was great and not crowded.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the hotel with my wife as a stop between Nagoya and Atami. We chose the hotel due to its very close proximity to the train station. We found the hotel room very clean and recently renovated. The utilities, including lighting and water supply, were good. The breakfast was acceptable though we needed to queue for a while. The services offered were indeed good since we managed to retrieve some left fruits in the refrigerator through the help of hotel staff after we have checked out.

JJUNHO(에자키 건물 투숙했습니다) 내부 시설은 아주 좋습니다. 복층구조 독채에 샤워실 두 개있어서 여유로워 좋아요. 체크인 카운터하고 숙소하고 거리가 약간 있긴 있지만.. 체크인카운터에 빨간머리의 영어권 직원이 직접 안내 해주십니다. 그 분 아주 재밌어요. 일본여행 여러 번 왔었는데 이렇게 말 안통하는 일본은 처음이였지만 이 분과 영어로 통하니까 얼마나 좋았는지 몰라요. 방 깔끔하고 침대 빼고 침구류 두 개 있는데 그냥 매트가 아니라 토퍼느낌이라 충분히 편하고 침대도 편하고 좋습니다. 서비스 쿠키는 그냥 로투스맛.
웰컴드링크 느낌으로 음료쿠폰 주시는데 쓰지는 못해서 아쉬웠습니다. 편의점도 5분거리정도?? 일반적 호텔과 다르게 신발을 벗고 들어가는 구조라 더욱 편했고 아무튼 시설 좋고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 근처에 백화점, 쇼핑몰, 와사비집, 드럭스토어, 나나야 등 여러 쇼핑거리가 10-15분거리 안에 있어서 좋습니다.
딱 한 가지 단점은 보안이 약간 취약할 수 있다는 점…? 일본이기에 그러한 위험 부담감은 없겠지만 그런 느낌은 드네요.
가벽 뒤에 도어락 키 대고 들어가는 구조인데 엄… (사진 함 보세요) 아무튼 그래요… 그래서 차 지나다니는 약간의 소음은 있습니다. 하지만 괜찮습니다. 다 좋아요. 아 또 초인종 소리가 그 편의점 벨 소리라 재밌었어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 여기 고민하는분은 가봐도 좋을거같네요 ㅎㅎ
아 또 신기한점이 체크인 하루 전부터 이메일을 통한 채팅으로 각종 문의사항이나 체크인 전 알려줘야 할 부분 등 전할 수 있었네요.

PPengguna TetamuThere are only self check in if you come in after 10pm. Instructions were not correct and self check in machine didn't work. There were no phone in the hotel so I have to spend my long distance dial and stood there 30 mins to figure out the check in. Filed a complaint later on and hotel refused to refund. But trip.com was nice enough to send back a reasonable amount of money to compensate my long distance call. Only if you speak Japanese and have a local phone and check in at day time, otherwise not recommended.

PPatricia AkhlaghiThe hotel's location was very convenient and close to the train ststion.. there are also many restaurants and coffee shops near by that it was hard to choose one. The hotel was clean and the people at the reception were nice and very helpful. The room was spacious compared to the standard Japanese hotels I've been to. I specially loved the shower preasure after a long day's of walking and commuting. The room was quiet and perfect to rest. I will stay again in this hotel next one I visit Shizuoka.

Check-in was done in one part of the coffee shop.
We apologize when it is crowded as the general public also enjoys tea.
The rooms have air conditioning, but the beds do not, so it feels very hot and difficult to stay there.
There are no towels or toothbrushes.
You need to bring your own.
Earplugs were available at the washbasin.
There is only one shower and one toilet, so you have to be patient when others are using them.
I woke up in the middle of the night when someone came home and took a shower because of the noise.
You have to cross a big road from the station, so it is better to go out with plenty of time to spare.
